I dunno, but a concentrate made with acetone sounds pretty nasty.

Ever smoke spice, or heard of spice? The cannabinoid is mixed into acetone and the solvent is sprayed on the herbs, then the acetone evaporates. I thought about using 100% acetone but was never sure, if it works id much rather use acetone

I've heard of it, but would prolly never smoke it. That shit sounds nasty too.

Make sure material is dry. Put in jar 3/4 full and put in freezer along with 99% IPA (in a separate jar). When temp has stabilized (24 hrs), pour the alcohol in jar and cover material 1". Shake gently 20 seconds. Drain thru a pasta strainer and then thru a fine mesh strainer, followed by a coffee filter. Pour in Pyrex pie plate and blow air across with table fan. When alcohol is gone, float dish in 140 degree water until smell/taste of alcohol is gone, approx 30 min. Can use a 140 degree mat. This is Gray Wolf's recipe. It will be like niiight and day compared to what you did!

u didnt wait long enough it should never ever smell like iso still. very bad to inhale. u need to have patience on the drying part. When your alcohol mix is sitting in a pyrex dish it should be completely dry before u scrape it together. i just made a thread in this section on how i make iso it never hurts.. if anything its just too damn strong to smoke on a regular basis. i need sleep about 45 mins after taking a hit of it.

ive made every form of hash and ISO is my favorite because it extracts more than THC.. it extracts all the cannaboid profiles.. and for a medical user such as myself this is very important. im not just trying to fly to the moon off a pure thc high. i need pain relief and i need to sleep when that time comes.

if u freeze your iso alcohol for a few days and also your plant material u will not get any of the chlorophyl or anything. if u are going to be smoking your iso extract,freezing everything is a must. if u are making rick simpson hemp oil, do not freeze anything, it will be a dark green mess but it will heal anything.
