Could you provide some more details? Age? nutes used? watering schedule? pH? Lighting setup?
Shes only 2 - 3 weeks old, no nutes except time release in soil, watering schedule is scarce for now to kill fungus gnats but I make sure she's always hydrated :) Lighting setup is 1 42w 5000k and 1 42w 2700k 1 20w 2700k, 2 inches from the buds and plants. I have perfect temp and everything but they're burning... I'm hoping its not ph, I let the water sit out all the time!

My only girl confirmed so far and she's doing something odd, what is it?
Looks like the beginning of an over-fertilisation issue. As there was probably adequate nutrients in the soil to begin with, the slow release additives could have tipped the balance, and now its suffering the effects of too much nitrogen, which will cause a salt build up, probably exacerbated by the scarce watering schedule. You can cause "hot-spots" in the grow medium if these additives have been over used and not mixed well. Flush, then just water until you see an improvement. Water often & thoroughly, as letting the soil dry out causes more problems than I think people understand and only feed it if/when she needs it. Those leaves do look very green...

keep it real.

i would move your lights about 4 inches way get make a reflector to direct the light where it needs to be, at the dollor store there are some pretty big and thick sheets of paper for 34 cents each one side is flat and one side gloss use the flat white side it will make a huge difference!! in the how efficient your cfl lighting is. nothing you can do about the nute burn, just dont feed for awhile.

As above, if it isn't an over-fertilization problem, it could be tip-scorch from placing the lights too close.

No real issue at this point cut way back on the nutes, like get to 25 percent, and next water just water no nutes than add back to 25 percent you are going to be fine.
