IMG_0067.jpgthese are my 3 week old strawberry cough from seed. Do they look a little small too you or is that just me?? I have just started to feed them 350ppm botanicare organics. But..... I have heard this strain likes higher doses of grow nutes at the begging. Any thoughts on this???
Light is 250 watt 6500 daylight cfl

I've grown strawberry cough from seed and that's where mine were at @ 3 weeks. It took 7 weeks to veg them to ~18-24". I've feed all my plants the same dosage of nutes and strawberry cough seems to do fine with recommended maximum dosages. If I gave blue cheese the same dosage it would burn very bad.

Thats at 3 weeks? They're looking awesome. Put that light waaay closer, like within 3-5 inches at least. I'd recommend getting another one of those lights and have one on each half of the plants a couple inches above. a DIY hood for those lights would probably help your light intensity, with that room you should really be investing in a bigger light like a 200w hps

also look into scrog and LST, it will help you a LOT when growing in confined spaces

they looking good mate, i just chopped a strawberry cough down @ 9 weeks flower, be ready to wait, as my other is on her way to 10 weeks flower, an i reckon she has another 2 weeks to go....well worth the wait tho, a grade A smelling and tasting pot, as for ppm, i never exeeded 950ppm through the whole run, they could probably have took more, but tyhey always seemed happy to me :) nice n green!!

looking good, sativa' normally do not enjoy heavy feedings and will take some time before they take off, but lookout when they do. As Pirax said look into some LST for those because when the switch happens they are going to take off. regards,

That LST thing looks really cool so I am going to do it to 4 of them, thanks for the tip!. These seeds are from bcbuddepot.com and they got here in a week, but I am in the same country so that helps. Bought 6 SC Dutch Passion seeds at 15 dolla's each from singlemarijuanaseed.com and none of them germinated, and they didn't give a shit,so never again. These all sprouted and are liven life! happy.....
I will give them another 3 weeks before I flip. Should be fun!!
Cant wait to try this LST thing on the white rhino that follows the SC.

I'm currently doing some strawberry cough as well. She is almost into week 4 of flower and has some nice buds. She was about 14" and bushy as hell at week 3 but she was a freak. Mine took a lot of nutes during the beginning of veg and then didn't want as much at all. So far in flower she is still not liking that much nutes but takes a fair sure.

I can't post pics or I would show you what mine is doing so far but you can look at my profile and you'll see my recent posts in which threads if you're interested :)

Glad to find someone growing SC too! How long did you veg for before flipping them over? and do you know the ppm your feeding them? I checked your profile and found a pic of three plants, are those the SC because they look very nice healthy!! Beautiful plants either way.

I actually vegged for 4.5 weeks and they hit 2.5 feet. She stretched to about 4 and a quarter foot in flower but she is using the size very well! I've read they don't produce huge amounts but so far she's putting on more than my critical kush and sweet god girls. I haven't been keeping track of Ppm as she has not been to fussy. She got a slight bit of nute burn when I maxed the nutes out but that's it. Growing very well and smells incredibly nice. I'd say my fav of all them going right now :) Today is week 4 of 12/12 and she's starting to put on some frost but that's the one thing the critical kush has surpassed her in.. The critical kush is extremely frosted and stinks a lot when she is touched! The most recent pic of the one plant on the last page is my strawberry cough. I'm glad someone else here is doing some as well! How's yours working for you?Keep some molasses ha dy for flower because mine responded to it very well :)

I have been feeding my Organic OG kush molasses and they are purple and frosted! and same with my Vanilla kush that is super picky. I am LST'ing my SC to keep these girls under control since my room is only 3' by 7' but I have a 1000 hps in there so, lol I think theres pretty good light going on. I started a journal on here and I am very excited to try this strain for my anxiety and pain management, so fingers crossed I get some wicked cola's! I always wondered how well those tents keep the smell, how are they??

These tents are amazing! If you didn't have to open them up at all you would barely need a filter for the smell. I love this tent and the built in Mylar is an amazing bonus. For 150$ you can't go wrong :p. I do wish I had more seeds of the strawberry cough as she is looking and growing great. I'll definitely think about purchasing a few next time cause this one seed was given to me and luckily came out female even after taking her out of the aerogarden and putting her into soil lol. With a 1000w you must be having some nice results so far as well!?I'm using a 400w hps for flower and had 4 4' t5s for veg but next grow I'm likely going to try a 400w mh and see how that does sine I don't want to veg more than a week next time. I'll cross my fingers for you as well! Hope you'll enjoy your girls and that they produce for ya :)I'm hoping for about 4 ounce at least this grow.. Was my first grow after a few years off so I just wanted to sharpen my skills up a bit. The next grow I'm sure I'll toss in some chocolope but anything else I'm still in sure.. Maybe some citrus or another to of the strawberry cough depending on how the final product looks..

so I have rust spots already but not sure if this is normal for this strain, did you get any of this?? and a bit of variegated leaves on a couple.. Im think nute deficiency but this young?
I also took a few years off but now I'm legal its so much better, but there are a few things you forget with time off like any other job, hey. lol atleast I did.
I had this rust spot thing happen with my first crop as well But I am using organics so it seems a little different to me than norml nutes.

Transplanting and bring the light a little closer since they are CFLs could help. 3 weeks mine is usually about 8 to 12 inches tall. That includes topping twice. I have had my plants stay so small becuase the pot was too small and lights were too far, but sometimes they will stretch for the light. It depends on the strain.

5 inches from the plant is good enough for me. Are you allowing your soil dry out enough in between waterings? The spots are Mag def. Just add a slight more Cal-mag. Your in organics then add some epsom salt. Dolomite Lime is great also for Calcium.

I have Cal/mag in the feed and I pulled one out of the cup yesterday and it has roots circling the bottom so it is probably time. Are you talking 3 weeks from seed or from clone? I just mixed up some yeast and sugar in a bottle to get some co2 in there to give them a bit of a kick. From seed is new for me and it does take a long time for them to mature and bush out.
