Ok when I start flowering I will be using a couple of nutes bud candy, big bud, calmag+, and some of my veg nutes. I will be mixing nutes in a empty 2 liter jug then pouring nutes in my water till I reach the desired ppm. My question is once I finish pouring nutes from 2 liter bottle can I save what's left or do I have to dispose the leftover every time?

I would ditch what your not going to use. Once mixed nutes should be used right off. That's what I do anyway. Just dump it in with the plants. A little extra runoff won't hurt them any.

Is there a certain order I have to mix my nutes? Like veg nutes then big bug/bud candy then calmag. The nutes I use for veg is some cheap 20-20-20 nutes from eBay I use at a weaker dose.

You can check with the company about shelf life once mixed. I use organics and they say to use them right off after mixing. Better safe then sorry. No order needed when mixing.

Actually they might react with each other at high concentrations - that's why some brands have an A & B part.... Mixing is not a good idea :/
Sulfate and esp. phosphate can crash out calcium and iron. If the precipitate sits for a while, it becomes effectively insoluble. cn

Also I would not think beneficial microbes and fungi would like sitting around that long in water. Stored out of the light and room temperature and a vat of nutes can last a few days.
