No; that's a day at a Somalian spa. cn

Couple 120mm high output computer fans (cheap) mounted to cutout in door of room works, however is not light proof if a bloom room. Circulation inside may be enough with a stationary or moving fan. A cool mist humidifier works as well so as long as you place cold water in the reservoir.

You can also run 20/4 light cycles or 18/6 to try and create a cooler temperature that the lamp must heat up first (cyclical)

Enjoy!

I have both a 4 inch duct fan and a fan inside?
Is your duct fan an exhaust or intake? Also were is the duct fan located? I've never heard of a sponge and water???Remember its cheaper to move air then to cool it. You could also try and running your lights.

I want to show y'all a pic of the box I just can't figure out how to upload them it's an outtake fan and I have a fan inside and a little cutout hole where ima place a fan outside bringing air in

And where you buy the fans for the computer?
Lots of places online.

However if you can swing it costwise, I'd get an inline fan like Can's MaxFan. I have the six-incher and it's all I'll ever need. You have to shift warmed air out of that room. Which means also planning for that carbon filter ... sorry to be so expensive ... cn
