I think I had a dairy allergy because I didn't have any for like a month and ever since I can't drink it without feeling like I am having an allergic reaction. I get really bloated and just feel icky as well.

Man do I love milk. Whole milk is my fav, but any will work! Milk is both filling and tastes sooo good. Its also good at cleaning the palate I believe. Love it for a hangover too, although throwing it back up isn't all that great. Great thread, 5 starred.

I imagine it's partly due to society. It's socially acceptable to drink cow's milk whereas not so much with other animals. Cats milk and dog milk probably doesn't taste as good as cow's milk either, I'm guessing. Goat's milk is also highly popular in some parts of the world. Drinking human milk is also normal when you're a baby don't forget. Humans are not the only species to drink another animal's milk either. If other animals knew how to "milk" another animal, it'd be happy hour.
