ok i gotta chime in here just because i never understood this kind of debate. now dont go gettin all hyped up, im not trying to start no shit, i just got a few honest questions.

first off what really is the question here, homosexuality right?

so i look up sex in the dictionary and all i see is sex is defined as a physical act for pleasure and or reproduction. then i look up love and merriam webster says:

a (1) : strong affection for another arising out of kinship or personal ties (2) : attraction based on sexual desire (3) : affection based on admiration, benevolence, or common interests

then i look up homosexual

1: of, relating to, or characterized by a tendency to direct sexual desire toward another of the same sex 2: of, relating to, or involving sexual intercourse between persons of the same sex


ok so lookin at that imo, love and sex are 2 whole different things, 1 is physical, 1 is emotional. now i totally believe people are born with likes and dislikes. as soon as i was able to eat solid food as a baby my folks said i would not could not eat peas. to this day i would not could not eat peas. i fuckin hate them and im sure that hatred is in my dna because my dad hates peas and so does my son. so anyway so with that being said i believe folks can develope sexual desires at a very young age but i dont really believe there was ever a newborn baby girl in nursing ward laying back thinking damn i cant wait to get at some pussy. soo i guess what im trying to ask is even if your mind tells you you do or dont like something or whatever isnt acting on any thought a choice? if someone of a certain sex loves another of the same sex does that make them gay? am i gay cuz i love my son? where is difference in love? sexual desire.. right? jenny loves her friend joy/jenny wants to make love to her friend joy. 2 different things? jenny does make love to her friend joy. choice right? unless joy rapes jenny first... then i guess it wasnt really a choice

I do not know how I would qualify my sexuality! I love and adore women but, I am really into transgender, transsexual, and cross dressers. I have been with several of these women and enjoy their company as much as a gen woman. I have tried to be with a man and was not into it what so ever! I dont see it being a choice for me because my options aren't pussy or cock. To me, my options are pussy or no pussy because being with another dude isn't just something I choose not to do, but I couldn't make myself do either, like two positivly charged magnets....just aint gonna happen. I think you have to be wired that way, because I just don't see it as a choice at all. You are what you are, the choise was never really something you had a say so in. I just feel I was born this way, I dont think you can make yourself gay straight or bi.

Just be whatever you are, even if it is a choice, it surely isn't anyone else's to make.

I hope you realize just how offensive that is. You realize we are being blamed for the Holocaust (even though we died with the Jews in the concentration camps) and that was one of the main arguments used in the Kill The Gays bill in Uganda. Which did pass by the way - AND - it still has the death penalty option.

I don't think there is a choice in the matter, i tried to be gay once, didn't work... just not for me. For some reason im not attracted to males and i have no say in the matter. I would assume it would be the same for both bisexual and homosexual human animals.

There is homosexuality not only in the human animal, but also in many other species of animals. I don't know about you, but i would assume a black swan doesn't say in it's mind "hmmm, i think ill just decide to be gay for the rest of my life"
