600w multi strain grow

i did alot of leaf trimming on that grow due to having an overcrowded tent and only a 400w lamp, ended up having to use the MH bulb so used a 105w 2700CFL in there to supliment the red spectrum a bit and tht is what was burning the tips of the leaves in that first photo

that frisian dew had rock solid buds....the blue cheese was a bit more airy and foxtailing alot. but still produced some verry nice calyx's

normal, it takes some skill to get this strain tuned in, the foxtailing tho is a good sign for that strain tho. and i love the way the calyxs form on blue cheese, string like very easy to pick off the stem

Is there such a thing is too much light?

I reckon as long as you keep temperatures under control, I don't think so - but admittedly I know nothing.

Perhaps one issue is out of control growth. For that reason I'm considering trying a scrog on the upcoming grow - to help with controlling the growth.

i hear that after a certain amount of light it will almost bleach the plants...not really sure on this though im just running a 1000w in a 6x4 probabally somewhat inadaquate, should have probabally went with 2x600w

or a 1000 and a 400 would work. too much light doesn't really cause bleaching(but it plays its part), mostly has to do with IR ad surface temps of the leaves.

foxtailing or "out of control growth" is genetic with blue cheese nothing to do with the temps, the froisian dew is also a noted to have the genetic trait to foxtail, so i attribute those to normal growth for the strain, other strains like the WW i have had foxtail is not supposed to and wont unless its in high heat and humidity.

ok so i was supposed to do this yesterday but i got sidetracked with my boy's 1st b day and wasnt able to get to the grow.

i did a full strength + double the bio bud feeding. not really sure as to why it matters as its an organic grow but i added more "shit" (pun intended) to my soil, i do have an issue with them drying out really fast, they are growing really fast too and im sure drinking alot right now. they are in 3 gallon grow bags but im almost tempted to transplant into some 5 gal buckets i have.....any thoughts? they are 3 weeks into flower and i dont really want to make them focus on root growth (want them buds to keep on keeping on)

anyways heres the pics!!!

first up is a reveg clone, doing extremely well just transplanted into 3 gallon bag. (transplanted after pic)

heres my Fruity chronic juice clones, just transplanted them as well

and heres the fruity chronic juice in flower

IMG_4215.jpgIMG_4218.jpgIMG_4219.jpgIMG_4221.jpgIMG_4222.jpg

and the blue cheese in flower

IMG_4216.jpgIMG_4220.jpg

And last but not last my bagseed plant whom is really blowing my mind right now as far as a good stretch goes and overall stucture, lets see what kind of trichs and buds this lady produces

and i believe that concludes this weeks update...sorry i may have got some pics messed up im tired and buzzed :)

This Fruity Chronic Juice plant is going to be a monster, bud formation compared to the rest is incredible, started flower on all 3 plants at same time and the FCJ plat has got at least 2x more bud formation than the rest.....i cant wait...

pics sunday. this General Organics line seems to be doing a great job. A few issues but nothing major. THIS SHIT IS CRAZY GONNA BE MY BEST GROW EVER!!!

Big like..

I didn't have great success with the GO line.. but I think I overdid it and burned all my plants.. I know other people have had success though and really happy to hear it is working out for you. I'm going to try an indoor run soon with just dry amendments and 1 or 2 teas and then just waterings.. try and keep it simple..

I downsized to a 2 x 2 tent and 250w MH only :( wah wah.. oh well keeps me flush!
