Quick question about light schedule

Hello fellas/ladies. I recently potted a few seedlings and they have sprouted and doing pretty well. I they are currently all from 2 days to 1 week and 6 days. I give them only super thrive and ph correct water. My question is if i have bee going through their life so far with 24/0 can i switch it to 18 hours light on without stressing them? Please any opinions or facts let me know.and thanks for your times

Yeah, you're fine. At this point in the life cycle they basically need enough light to promote vegetative growth - roughly 18 hours. If you think about it, plants in nature never get anywhere near 24 hours of light. With lights indoors, you're trying to mimic natural conditions but are able to do it optimally. 24 hours can help kickstart a plant, but is not necessary.

Id do 18 hrs. light not 24. They need time to rest and let root growth during the down light time. I can see you are new when you are giving superanything to the seedlings. Get ride of it. Less is more, they are babies...dont give em steak before teeth. Superthrive is only going to do nothing or cause trouble...is that what you want and paid for?

20/4 is supposed to be best for a veg light cycle. Your seedlings will instantly adapt to
that schedule.

I would never try to mimic "natural" outdoor conditions, you will end up with male flowers on your buds. If you wanted to mimic outdoor conditions, you would give the plant light like it was spring, then increase it every day, then start gradually decreasing it every day...
comparing indoor and outdoor is like comparing apples and elephants
