I just read a few articles about lucid dreaming and how it can be a form of meditation. Can anyone explain what a lucid dream is like and if it can actually be a form of meditation? Thanks!

...hey zs, wondering if you might expound on this?Lucid dreaming is not a form of meditation.
...so - who, or what is 'driving'?No mind, no thought, no desire, no self, no ego state.
...maybe better asked as: what is the 'propellant' of the dream? If 'you' is not there - why the experience? Who actually has it? What is the force behind it?What do you mean by "driving"?
GoogleEther? They have them driverless cars. cn...so - who, or what is 'driving'?
