All depends on the voltage because Watts divide Volts = Amps. So like UK it'd be 1300/240v = 5.4Amps, in US or Canada it would be 1300/110v = 11.8 Amps. So to answer your question the space heater would draw around 11.8 Amps and the 600w light would draw around 5.4 Amps. Which I can say for sure it would pop your standard 15Amp breaker. Prehaps run a sub panel?

Just an added note, you will not want to constantly load a 15amp circuit with more than 12 amps ever!! Doing so will take the chance of melting the insulation on wires and taking the chance of starting a fire.....

The point just beyond tripping a breaker for the circuit is the danger spot if you don't have the proper wiring for the circuit!

If i only run the heater when the dehumidifier is off but the heater is plugged into a timer constanntly will be good?

If the outlet for the dehumidifier & space heater are the same, there running opposite of each other then it would be okay. However make sure the 600w light is plugged into a separate outlet connected to a separate breaker because if the heater and light are on the same breaker both of them on will trip it as they draw 17.2 amps together. Like Slanty stated don't go over 12a just to be safe.

Im on a 15 amp but deep in the bacck of my basent. No other outletsmjn sight. The person before me installed a 4 outlet. Box though

The person may have installed a 4 outlet box but its not intended for the wattage your going to be running all at once. I assume the person before you used it for little things like power tools what not. Are the space heater and dehumidifier a must or could you do without? The only thing I could suggest at this point would be to do without or run a sub panel.

What is a sub panel. They used it to grow i found bags of miracle grow and liningnin the walls they cut a ventilatiion hole in the vent of the room above it. They built the room with plywood painted it white lol.

An electrical sub-panel, also known as a service subpanel or circuit breaker subpanel, acts as a waypoint between the main service panel and branch circuits further down the line. Basically you put a panel by your grow run a feed wire from the main breaker to the sub panel. The feed wire connect to the bus and circuit of the sub panel. Say its a 50 amp sub panel you could do 3 15 amp breakers with 5 amps spare. That's awesome they grew too it was prolly lower wattages I would assume tho.

This helps how??? I would still suggest taking account for the true power draw for the room! Anything over 12A is a sign to run a dedicated 40+ amp sub panel! I would suggest a 60amp sup panel to take care of all your future needs as long as you take into consideration of your other circuit draws!

This will allow you to hook up multiple devices to a true power source and not worry about draw issued in the future!

You are relying on timers shutting off an overloaded circuit to make it "happy"! BAD IDEA! Keep that circuit much lower of a draw! You need to do some wiring!

Do yourself and others a huge deal by supporting your AC network and planning based on that!

I don't ever wish on someone taking the chance of burning their home down due to lack of planning/wiring!!

Anything is possible with the proper plan in place PRIOR to doing anything! Do you have a 100amp or 200amp service to your home? That makes a difference!?

I agree 100% with planning everything before he proceed anymore. However unless he has prior electrical experience then I'd suggest calling a licensed electrician to do the work, as installing a sub panel turns into a complex job fast if you don't what your doing.
