its hard for me to say this with any measure of evidence....

California..... but you must realize my sample is very limited, maybe 15 to 20 people, all of whom i met on the east coast. Like i said very small and biased sample size but.... wow....the lack of common since was disturbing. They were most likely just the ones who had been kicked out of their own state dew to these very conditions.
