thats not true at all man, seeds don't form on the ends of pollinated pistils, they form at the BASE of the pistil and you won't see that for several weeks after pollination, ...it takes about 4 weeks for a viable seed to form after pollination.those wierd twisted leaves thats growing on ur buds are your plant's response to the photoperiod change. its also what happens when you revert a flowering plant back into veg. it may possibly be a hermie, it may not. just look for male flowers on your plants. other than that, i'd say keep it in 12/12 and finish up. always better to finish then to quit after several months of work.
p.s. a sign of pollenation or hermie is that you see hairs turning brown/ orange prematurely. you can typically see small seeds forming at end of those hairs where it was pollenated.
