not much man, definitely not their full potential yield. it looks like you just topped em, and it really depends on light, nutrient schedule, stress, and co2. imo, i would not flower those girls till they are a bit older since they dont look like they recovered from topping yet.

Ill be flowering with a 600w hps.
I plan on vegging 10-21 more days. but no more than that

with the hps on them and that much more veg time you should easily hit 1 oz a plant . are you using nutes?

Thanks for the encouragement ppl.
I've kicked the mh up to 600w and I've done the last bit of topping and suppercropping. I'm gonna give em 10-14 more days to recover and fill out before switching to flower.
Will using 600w mh make a considerable difference over the 450w mh? Sounds silly but being a noob I'm not sure if the plants are ready to use that extra energy
