Are hash & concentrates legal?

They are legal if you have a Med card, it's sold in most of the dispensaries.
I saw something in the agenda for A64 implementation committee about THC limit consideration. Let's hope they don't try to ban hash and concentrates. That would put many of us right back into the illegal camp again. Most of my crops get turned to hash for making tincture.

So I can posess hash with a red card but Im goin to jail without! That is so lame. Everyone should be able to separate resin gland from plant material & SMOKE IT WITHOUT BEING ARRESTED!

There is nothing specific about A64 that would make concentrates illegal. In fact, I just looked up the language and "the resin extracted from any part of the plant..." is part of the definition of marijuana in the constitutional amendment. I think that means we hash eaters are safe. Who knows what they will do regarding retail sales though. HB1284 certainly changed the spirit (if not the specific intent) of A20.

They seem to be deferring to the CRS. The constitution should trump the CRS at this point. The purpose of the A64 implementation committee is to reconcile existing laws with the new terms of A64. If you were feeling civic-minded you could point out that discrepancy to the A64 representative on the committee. Westword has a couple articles with his name mentioned.
