First off i'm not well read.
Well, my take on it, which also explains stone henge. Any size matter can be raised against gravity, in these cases it is simply what is abundant. Since the pyramids were in a desert an obvious choice would be sand. So by contouring some areas u can elevate a block/brick. I'm sure the constructioneers would of had one stonemasons lair, where each piece was made uniform.
The leaders of the egyptian race cleverly employed religion to decieve the emerging populous, which then added means to the simplistic technology of raising brick ontop of brick. I'm sure they would had a foreman type ordering where things went whilst bricks are positioned by various means all derived from a multitude of relentless labour. No paper would be needed for plans.
Stone henge had trees and rock nearby but earth would of surficed.
The pymarids is a worthy wonder of the world. Stone henge is the work of stoners!
