They take home a gun they are required to keep in good operating condition and remain competent in the use of. The murder rate is very low there, at one time the lowest in the world.

I was being conservative when I said 3 ways. I bet I could come up with a lot of ways. I have given 3 already. Bomb, plow truck, small engine plane into a full football stadium. We should ban all three. Or maybe we just mandate that all bombs can be no bigger than a firecracker...Trucks with a plow on them can not drive more than 4 miles an hour...Private planes may not fly higher than the nations shortest stadium.
