strains with the loudest smell

hey guys can anyone tell me the best strain to use if i want a strong smelling aroma while its in the pot and even stronger after cure? reason being is ive grown beautiful awesome smoking bud but that scent isnt there even after a 3 week cure...you know that smell that makes you say dam when you sniff the bag! any advice...i wanna know is it strain dependant or am i doing something wrong?

DNA's OG Kush #18...........Very stinky, thru the whole grow and beyond.

I'm guessing you're losing smell one of 2 ways: 1) drying to fast or too hot and/or 2) your grow room is too warm during flowering. Heat is your enemy.

i got three stinkers for you..
super skunk by g13labs.. holy shit is all i can say, both flowering, especially flowering, and the buds as well..
chocolate rain from e$kob@r.. not so much in flower, buds stunk to high heaven..
blue dream clone only.. again, not too bad in flower, but jesus h christ, this is some stinky, stinky bud...

any good og is always pretty loud imo as well..

ok thanks guys.....2 more things b..what is imo and can 85 to 87 temps in my grow room kill my smell really?

i've read on here in the past that plants in flower that are highly stressed will have way higher odor then plants that aren't stressed, but idk about that..
i don't think heat is cure for a stinky strain though..

Just like I thought. I'm also guessing you are not using CO2......it's too warm in there 1994. Should be in the 70's which is ideal or VERY LOW 80's, like 81 degrees or 82 degrees tops with good fans blowing air around. Your losing the terpine odor (alcohol based in the resin) because of the high heat. Lower the heat and it will stink better. Trust me on this........dry it slowly, in a slightly warm environment with NO direct air blowing on the pot.

Never found the Chocolate Rain smell up there with some of the other kushes......no where close IMO. Smell at my house usually gets bad around the 5-6 week of flowering. The OG Kush #18 stank early in veg, and kept getting worse and worse. The last 2 weeks my wife was ready to leave me.....all the clothes and jackets/coats in the house stunk. You smell it coming up the driveway around 40 feet from the house. It was bad......

thanks man...best info ever...ive been drying with a fan blowing directly on my green and my temps reach over 86 everyday in the small grow room...got extra fan today new temps on 80 right now and using 6 - 2 liter bottles sugar and yeast mixtures with tube in back of fan for co2 boost ...the strain is sleestackxskunk and royal queen fruit spirit in 2nd week flower...so ill see whats next......can anyone tell me what imo is...i keep seeing it but im dumb to what it is...lol

i was just taking some notes for the next time this question comes up from cannabible 1-3. from what i've grown myself, hashberry & ice castle had to go from stinking my room up too much, but the absolute stinkiest i've grown was a flumpy's lowdown mystery auto freebie i got from gypsy i think. i had to cut it down early when it just got too stinky and it was less than a foot tall of hershey's kiss shaped resin at the time under a 24h shoplight. had it been in a cold room with air circulation... i shudder to think about the stink.

as to other strains, if you want that brick wall skunk, try trinity. i thought i made notes on other strains, but that was the only one i noted for funk. the buzz was described as potent and thought provoking.
