So This is my first time experimenting with 12/12 I have 3 plants started at 12/12 and they are 2 months old they showed sex a few weeks in and are beginning to grow into big bushy girls but pistils are showing up very slowly and more on lower branches then on the main stem.

I figured after 2 months I would be seeing some form of bud formage but They just continue to grow with a little bit of flower production while growing.

Plant 3 I topped it early and in the second pic you can how it affected the height but just bushed out a huge amount

Really? I don't want to stress them out too much. I think they might have herm genes so I really don't want to take a chance

I dont think switching to 10/14 will cause much stress man. think of the switch we make plants go thru when switching from veg to flower, yet sense EVERYONE does it, we consider it perfectly normal and no stress at all when in reality, it is the most significant change the plants will go thru.
As youve wrote in other posts, cannabis is an extremely versitile and stable plant.
8 weeks and no bud growth would concern me tho...specially after seeing dels plants finish 12/12 from seed in 11-13 weeks. Im germinating reg seeds for a 12/12 experiment of my own. Keep us posted

Wouldn't giving them as much light as possible without stressing them be better? or would it just be better for these plants to stay at 10/14?

Possibly but you could always add 30 min of light per day till back at 12/12......or just leave well enough alone at 10/14, maybe add more light:)(bulbs) @10/14.
