Cali Connection Tahoe OG Regular seeds.

I'm feeling very discouraged about CC Tahoe OG regular seeds I received from SowAmazing. They, by far are the worst seeds I've ever received.

Do these look fine to you? None of them have stripes or anything. They look real pale leaning towards white color.
They are a lot lighter in color than in the picture.

They look mature to me. Stripes don't really mean anything, I've had seeds that I made before that if you rubbed them the stripes would wipe off(wierd huh?) but they were great. Just crack them but treat them with kid gloves or they'll hermie on you.

what's wrong with them?? they look fine imo... sometimes the ones that look the worst do the best and sometimes the ones with super dark color and stripes won't even crack ime..
throw them in w/e your medium of choice is and let me rip is my opinion.. tahoe is super dank.. :D

They are a lot darker in the picture than in real life. The lighter seeds you see in the picture are actually almost white/tan

They look fine. Please do not judge by the "look" of the seed. I have also seen many of "stripes" rub off.
RB is right, sometimes the uglilest seed has KICK ASS results.

those seeds could have been made better... but this is true. ive had white seeds still produce a viable plant before.

but that is crap to pay a buncha money for "hand selected" seeds that suck. its a re-accurance with that breeder too. go search the web for yourself.

EDIT: I just went and looked at my 25+ strains of seeds for a minute. ALL of my dinafem, G13 labs, and Emerald triangle seeds are very nice looking. some of the other breeders, not so much. i know i can say from EXP. that G13 labs seeds and Dinafem's seeds have always produced very nice plants. ET i can't say yet, havent germed enough of them.

IMHO crappy seeds is a sign, even if minor, that there was either a problem or someone didnt take the time to do it right. even if it means sorting out the bad looking seeds as a breeder. GREED is what fuels the bullcrap

All my CC beans look like premature shit ceeds, but they do grow, and that is all that matters to me.

Some strains put out small ceeds, and some put out relatively light-colored ceeds. That's NORMAL.

I think everyone wants their to look like these with the stripes, but the fact is, stripes are a type of seed pheno. Lots of strains won't make striped seeds (period).

In fact, if you're dealing with unstable hybrids you can even seen noticeably different MATURE ceeds in the same bud due to different ceed phenotypes. So even if ceeds in your pack are different sizes, that doesn't necessarily mean that some are immature. It *could* mean that, though it also could mean you may expect different phenos in the plants.

In any case, I agree with the above. . .you can't really judge the quality of the ceeds until you've tried to germ them.

I just popped 3 seeds , they looked a little premature but they all germinated just fine. so far Im 6 weeks through flowering the first pheno. has anybody else here flowered out the Tahoe og reg beans? I'm a little disappointed in this one. so far it's kinda bland looking at 6 weeks. hopefully the other 2 females I got will be better

Yep, I am actually curious if you were to take a plant that had small black seeds and crossed it with a plant with large tan seeds, could you pick out the phenos from the offspring by the size/color shape of seed? Would a small tan seed carry certain traits compared to a large black seed? Would a small black seed lean more to the traits of the parent with small black seeds? Would a big tan seed carry more traits of the parent that came from big tan seeds? etc..

These questions really popped up for me after crossing a Plushberry with Killing Fields. Plushberry has small, hard, black seeds and KF has large tan, softer seeds. The seeds from the mix are combinations of both.
