no a pound a plant is pretty much impossible without godly genetics and godly INDOOR settings(if it is possible)

I'd be willing to guess it looks something like this....
Given enough time and space (and sound growing techniques) a pound per plant isn't unreasonable, much less "impossible". It'd be ridiculous for anyone to try to grow something like this inside, but if you've got a space in the yard or a sunny isolated area, you too could have a tree like this come Oct or Nov, given the right climate.
P.s.: This isn't my plant, so I can't really give you any advice on how to make this dream come true for you, but if you look around the site for a while you'll find the man who can.

I think he came close to that if i remember correctly, but im too lazy to go look.
It can be done indoors with a veg time of like forever but there is no point, by that time you could do that you could grow a bunch of plants lots easier and cheaper, to get that same pond of weed.. and prob get 3 crops in that time instead of the 1.

If you could simply buy a set up that would get you a pound per plant, everyone on this forum would be swimming in buds.
If you can get 2oz. per plant on a indoor grow..your doin good. From my perspective.That's not to say you couldn't grow a strain that produces more ounces per plant, but you also have to consider the QUALITY of what you are growing. The most oz's per ounce is not what it's all about..Just my experience..

vegging a plant longer to get a pond per plant wont lower the quality of the bud whatsoever....However its still not going to be worth the hassel to do it that way.

To grow a plant that big you have to veg for a really long time and let it flower for way to long. After the specific flowering period for the strain, you will still continue to gain more flowers = buds, but you will start losing potency cause it will take the resins from the already matured flowers to produce more. After the 6-12 weeks of flowering, depending on the strain, your plant almost stops producing resins and instead starts using the existing resins and spreads them to the new flowers, so really you are being counter productive in growing a 1 pound plant. And yes it would be easier to grow a plant that big indoors, your season almost garenteed isn't long enough. Possible but not probable.

you can easly get a pound per plant outdoors if you plant in ther right space
