Im gonna sound silly ere but what the hell dose scrog mean i know sog means sea of green but no idea what scrog means any 1 no then let me no

yeah.
The main difference is a SOG method has many plants packed together that are flowered as small clones. Strains that don't get very branchy are ideal for these grows.
A SCROG is usually less plants that are trained and/or topped to have many colas that are woven through a screen or a netting that supports them and evens out the canopy.
