i have shot and killed over 400 cats
One of the known warning signs of certain psychopathologies, including antisocial personality disorder, also known as psychopathic personality disorder, is a history of torturing pets and small animals, a behavior known as zoosadism. According to the New York Times, "[t]he FBI has found that a history of cruelty to animals is one of the traits that regularly appears in its computer records of serial rapists and murderers, and the standard diagnostic and treatment manual for psychiatric and emotional disorders lists cruelty to animals a diagnostic criterion for conduct disorders.[SUP][69][/SUP] "A survey of psychiatric patients who had repeatedly tortured dogs and cats found all of them had high levels of aggression toward people as well, including one patient who had murdered a young boy."[SUP][69][/SUP] Robert K. Ressler, an agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation's behavioral sciences unit, studied serial killers and noted,"Murderers like this (Jeffrey Dahmer) very often start out by killing and torturing animals as kids."[SUP][70][/SUP]
Cruelty to animals is one of the three components of the Macdonald triad, indicators of violent antisocial behavior in children and adolescents. According to the studies used to form this model, cruelty to animals is a common (but not universal) behavior in children and adolescents who grow up to become serial killers and other violent criminals.
It has also been found that children who are cruel to animals have often witnessed or been victims of abuse themselves.[SUP][71][/SUP] In two separate studies cited by the Humane Society of the United States roughly one-third of families suffering from domestic abuse indicated that at least one child had hurt or killed a pet.[SUP][72][/SUP]

I loved my cats growing up, but if the neighbor cats wandered the 1/2 mile over to our home, they got the wrath of my benjamin pellet gun. Then I let the dog go collect it.

Amazing what a tiny little pellet and some compressed air can do. Teach those fuckers to beat the shit out of my cats. I always had the weak cats, I swear they could never tear shit up, they were always the ones going to the vet.

would you call a guy psycho for killing 500 groundhogs?
I'm not calling you anything dude. Science is saying you likely have problems. I tend to agree though. Note: it used domesticated animals and small pets as the example. Not groundhogs. :dunce: Nice try trying to rationalize what is obviously sick and angry behavior. There are few people on earth that would agree killing 400 cats is anything near normal Unless you're a veterinarian and even that's a stretch. Obviously you were hoping for attention with that post, well congtrats buddy, I'm calling you out as a fucking loser. MAybe think next time before you go posting shit on this thread in particular

Dogs have to taste better than cats.

Therefor, cats are better.

Cats are independent. You WISH you were. You are just jealous. Because you need a dogs constant attention to keep you from turning into an unsuccessful Charls Bukowski.

Cats=Low maintainence
Dogs=More than low maintainence

cats are full of attitude and make me laugh
most dogs although nice and loyal,are still dumb,with the exception of a couple breeds, German shephards,Belgian malinioua are a seriously smart breed of dogs which I would love to own,But...they are still not cats and simply do not compare with the attitude of a cat,,one must be a cat lover to understand it.

Dogs don't require much maintence, I can play with my dog for hours and he can make me laugh, they have personality, not attitude.

One must be a dog lover to understand.

Old man a few houses down feeds all the stray cats and let's them just keep on breeding. Seems like there's a thousand of them running around. They dig and shit in my flower gardens which I work very hard on. I also don't appreciate kneeling down to pull weeds only to find I've landed in cat shit. They rip up my swings and piss all over them. I have no problem shooting these fucking things. Does that make me crazy or a potential serial killer? No it makes me someone who doesn't like my hard work and property destroyed.

I went to adopt a cat a couple years ago and not only did I have to pay them like 80$ to adopt out a cat( doing them a favor) half of the cats there had that FIV cat virus thing.

What is Feline Immunodeficiency Virus?
Virologists classify feline immunodeficiency virus (FIV) as a lentivirus (or "slow virus"). FIV is in the same retrovirus family as feline leukemia virus (FeLV), but the viruses differ in many ways including their shape. FIV is elongated, while FeLV is more circular. The two viruses are also quite different genetically, and the proteins that compose them are dissimilar in size and composition. The specific ways in which they cause disease differ, as well.

What does FIV do to a cat?
Infected cats may appear normal for years. However, infection eventually leads to a state of immune deficiency that hinders the cat's ability to protect itself against other infections. The same bacteria, viruses, protozoa, and fungi that may be found in the everyday environment--where they usually do not affect healthy animals--can cause severe illness in those with weakened immune systems. These secondary infections are responsible for many of the diseases associated with FIV.

A pretty big problem in larger cities
