First Grow yeild question w/ pic included

Hello guys! My question is this... I have these plants under a 1000w mh / hps and I'm switching the lights on the 20th of this month. There are 15 plants total, white widow, sour diesel x chronic, jack herrer x northern lights are the 2 month old ones. The one month old ones are White Widow x Big Bud, Pineapple Express, Cheese Wreck, Chemdog, Kalashnikova, Royal Kush, Vintage 2006, Critical HOG, Gigabud, and an auto ak47. The ones on the left are about 2 months old and the other two rows are about a month old. Temps are 85ish daytime and 75ish night. Humidity between 40-50 % throughout the day. Grow space is 5'x3'ish and ventilation is good with inline fans pumping air in and out and an oscillating fan circulating air within the closet. If all goes well, how much could I yield from these ladies? (Btw lighting is good I just had to shield the light to take the picture) Pic included... Thank you in advance :eyesmoke:

I have a cheap ass accurite thermometer that is hung on the wall. I really think its off from being dropped too much. I just used my digital tester in there and it reads 74 degrees while the meter on the wall reads 84 degrees??? It feels really cool in there

reason why the meter on the wall could be reading 84 is because the level it's set at. i am pretty sure you have placed you digital meter closest to plants or their pots, but you actually want the reading that's between the light and top of the plants (hence you're reading of 84 on wall unit).

Its actually mounted at the top of the closet beside the carbon scrubber and exit inline fan. I dunno lol I can add another fan if need be but if really feels like average room temp in there like the rest of the house, and the thermostat in the house is set at 72. I guess ill add another fan in there just to be on the safe side. Thanks for pointing that out :-) With that said, and those plants at the point they are right now, what kind of yield should i expect out of these strains at this point? The oldest plants are about 2 ft and the smaller ones about 1 ft give or take.

really is based on the genetics, skill, training and environment. anybody tell you anything different i would suggest you disregard anything they have to say.

as for me looking at pics and taking a guess, probably around a p to a p and a half. not saying that's the case but it's more so wishful thinking on behalf of you.

Thank you for your advice and guesstimate... I really didn't have anything else to go off of besides the general thought that most novice growers avg. around .5g per watt, so this really goes along with that school of thought. Thanks again for your advice on room temp. I'm going out today to get another fan just to be on the safe side... Preesh!!!

i got an acurite thermometer. The temperature sensor is black, and it absorbs the rays from the light giving me inaccurate temperatures. I painted mine white and now it reads much better. I see u got/used some christmas freebies. Your striving for 1 lb for your 1000w. but its your first grow so probably 1/2 lb.

either way, seperate the autoflower from the rest. it wll have a different lghting demand from the rest of the photoperiod plants u got.

Thanks for the replies guys... I am going to separate the auto tomorrow, just trying to squeeze in the last day or two before i flip the switch and put it under some t5s i bought last weekend. I DID use the freebies! I see you noticed... I am hoping to get around a pound this go around if the weed gods permit... That would be fantastic, although whatever comes of it is cool seeing as how this is my first time and all... I got this MOAB powder (sample) from my hydro store guy and he highly recommended it. Im using botanicare pbp and was wondering if you guys have any experience with this stuff. I looked it up online and there are instructions of 1-2 tsp per 5 gallons around weeks 5-6 and you may also use some when initiating flowering, although it is suggested that you keep the dosage under 200ppm. Has anyone used this stuff and how has it effected it's quality and yield? Thanks again!

says who, you? at 85 degrees a plant isn't even breathing so like i said unless you're using co2, you're doing more harm to girls than any good at that temp.
So you're telling me that when I pull 6.5 oz from one plant under a 400w my plant didn't do good? Do you have any facts to back up this claim or did you read it on this forum in some sticky so it must be true?

BTW, I don't use co2 ;)

no it's actual fact lame, i get my facts from better sources than here. you pulled 6.5 oz from one plant, you said that to say what, that you had a spectacular run? how many plants were under this 400w, was it an mostly organic diet, with little to no veg time from a low yielding strain? if not, you haven't said anything to impress me or any other decent grower. that's not even .5 gpw.

you may sound good to these noobs that's on this particular site, but you're really nothing short of average. like i said veg time, strain and environment all plays a key factor.
as for my facts, it's basic knowledge that can be found on multiple sites if you decide to google. at 85 degrees indoors, especially during flower with low rh, the stomatas are closed and prevents/hinder the plants ability to take in any nutes, air or water (photosynthesis).
optimal temps for indoor plants 65-75 degrees, this has proven to be fact by many.

sounds like you need to go back to the basics and stop trying to impede others with you're misinformation. one will never dial in their environment taking notes from you and kind of explains why there are so many help me threads here.

I suppose you also think amber trichomes make for a more couch lock high.

nah, could care less about that. what i was referring to was what i stated was fact.
but being that you brought it up, there are people growing the same crop for years that take plants at certain times and notice more of a couch lock/heavier feeling when they let the trics gain more amber than they normally would.
if you want to debate this is as well, we could take this to a much more informed board and you'll be surprise how much you really don't know.

Unlike you, I don't really care to prove how big my e-penis is. I can tell your one of those who thinks their information is that that was given to them by God. I'd rather not get into any kind of debate, especially one on the internet with that type of mentality. Good luck with your future grows.

BTW, it's "couldn't care less" To imply that you "could care less" means you have care. ;)

same here.

before i go, i see you've been checking out my profile, so from your last post i assume you must know that i've an idea of what i am talking about.
my info comes from a lot of research along with a lot of practice and not just from what others say on riu. peace out home slice.

@cosmoridez lol... I appreciate you guys taking the time to chime in and I can also understand different POV's based on grow experience. I bought another fan just to be on the safe side. As far as this Mother of all Bloomz (MOAB) additive, any help before I dose my plants is welcome, as well as any other predictions on yield. I am trying to maximize this grow so that I may share with friends and family. Smoking with them to get their opinion on their preferences in conjunction with my own will help with future seed purchases. Thanks again!
