Exactly, but some States will succeed if this is attempted by Law, and there we go. Only a ratified Amendment could negate the 2nd.

Finally the buried truth makes it out on a major news network. NO ASSAULT RIFLE USED. What bothers me is how America was purposefully misled while the blood and tears were still wet to vilify the "assault rifle" in hopes if shoving the gun control issue up our bottoms. It is not the gun control that sickens me but the President and the establishment press. So you "libs" trust this guy. Good friggin luck. This government would never mislead you and there is no agenda. This administration is as nefarious as any. If you trust them, you deserve your skinning when it comes. This shows a total lack of credibility and the use of dead children and their families to advance a political agenda by a truly evil plutocracy and its fearless leader. it's simple. just find something in writing with citations that shows that 4 or 5 different news sources are all wrong and that he didn't bring an XM15 bushmaster with him.
