I've looked everywhere for an answer and can't seem to find it! I have two 3 week seedlings and the growth seems to be stunted. One of them has its first set of leaves with coyteldons and the green is normal its just not growing. And tthe2nd plant has dark green leaves with yellow cotyledons. So I think I've been overwatering but have waited over 5 days to see if plants will bounce back and no new growth has happened. My temps are 75 - 80 and rh is 35 - 45. I've been watering with RO water nd it seems all my plants have red stems so I think its a magnesium def but can't get any yet since I dont have any money. Thanks for all your help guys! And ill post pics in a lil bit

The one with the cracked coteyldon is my bubblicious which I have in in75% perlite and 25% hydroton. And the other is white widow from nirvana.

If you are fertilizing stop fertilizing those plants immediately, plants don't need ferts until you get to the 4th or 5th node when the cotyledons fall off every thing they need is in those tiny leaves.

No. .. Ive just got back from the grocers shop and before I could even get in my door , he's phoning me excited at the GDP.
Well.... I'm pleased because that's what i'm going with for the next runs, and the fact he likes it so much means that I achieve top dollar.

sorry smoke wise : Its the best Ive got ATM .. its very nice. hasnt matured enough to get full aromas but straight out the box you can tell its quality.

Very very aromatic . The grocer says its a 'Hazy' type ganja... whatever that means. I pick up grape flavors (I think) Its truly a new flavor to me.

People love GDP, people who've never used it fall in love immediately, including myself. Its a great everyday stray without feeling "stoned" and fully functional. Why else would i be growing the same genetics for 3 years.. absolutely love the stuff aswell.

OMG .... NO ... Just remembered they were not hempy but pots. Sorry. My bad. Too many plants, not enough brain cells.

I feel GDP is a low yielding strain but If I do acieve similar in my 2L's I'll be over the moon.

Might not be the same genetics i have, there's kens gdp and the real gdp which is bigbud x purple urkle. My first grow ever yielded 1.2g per watt under a 400w hps.. tell me that's not a badass yield.

I haven't ferted them at all. Have just been giving them RO water every 3 or 4 days. But they started good at first then just stunted in growth all of a sudden. I have them both in RW so maybe the roots stretched out of the rw and stunted in growth till they hit the res but idk this is my 1st grow. I have 2 other plants and they didn't do this at all. I would hate to pull them out of the grow box and start over but then again they are 5yr+ seeds

How often are you watering, i don't know much about hempy yet but i do know that soggy roots are bad, if you have rock wool in there i would only water when the rock wool is dry.

In my area people don't get flavors like that. Its quite rare, I'm sure glad I picked it.

Without out doubt its different genetics than yours, mine came from seed. I did recognize my plant in your picture, the coloration and bud formation were too similar not to be related. ... Yours looked like they had a long cola where my test plants produced a more modest end bud.

When I say 'test plants' this is what I mean; I now know the plant will not stretch, this means I can take larger clones with long root systems and I won't bump up against my height limits. Ive also found out its extremely bushy, I don't no how this will work in a sog but thats half the fun.

I'll see it I can achieve larger buds in 2L and may even use some additives.

...yeah man, i run coco with grorocks in the bottom and i water my flowers every day, ...having something in the bottom of the bucket with different absorbative properties makes it so you don't suffer the symptoms of 'wet feet' that you would normally think you would.

...i'm no expert so i could be way off base here but i think of it that having the seperation of media creates a kind of perched water table, ...whatever the actual mechanism is, once they are growing rapidly, they can then handle daily waterings.

...btw, fellow hempiest's, i pulled my third harvey in the new apartment a couple weeks back and i thought i'd share a few pics.

...actually, it was 3 weeks ago because the next run is 22 days in today, and it looks like it's shaping up to blow this last harvest away, ...maybe double next time out.

Could you you elaborate on that? I.e. veg time, medium, # of plants

Its easily possible they are weak seeds. ... Every so often you'll come across those with poor genetics. I would start again.

So i wanted to save the original cut of blue dream that i aquired but all my plants were deep in flower. Cut a bud with some leaf on it. It took 19 days tp drop roots and a good month to start vegetative growth again, but here it is happily growing now. The benefit i guess of cloning in week 7 of flower is that now that its growing its a damn shrub. This will make a great momma for me when i get done screwing around with my seeds.securedownload-208.jpg

I still dont have my new 8x8 tent up..im fucking lazy.

Yea its seriously been like a week they've been stunted so guees theyre getting pulled today :"""""""( its ok cuz my blue mystic and blackberry are both growing pretty vigorously! :-)

So I pulled my 2 stunted seedlings and one of them was in a metal coffee can and this is what I found :"""""""( im pretty sure its rust from the water that sits at the bottom of the water :-/ one of my strongets plants is blue mystic and is sitting in this same can and im pretty sure its roots are already in the res. Any thoughts on what I should do? Its growing pretty healthy and isn't showing any signs of an unhealthy environment
