you lost me at "we". there are still some good people in this world that don't have alterior motives for wanting to help out. my mother being one of them. having raised and administered billions of dollars in non profit donations that go to helping poor people around the world for over 40 years. you are still young Heph. someday you'll figure it out. lemme give you a head start....

money isn't everything; it helps but it creates as many problems as it relieves. also, you can't take it to the grave with you so spend it while you got it and just have a little saved for a rainy day. lastly, try and leave the world a better place than when you arrived...you don't have to achieve greatness...just try and give something to humankind.

you may think there are alterior motives to my donation to FDD. you couldn't be further from the truth. i never asked him for anything. i don't even know him. i saw someone in need of help and i helped. if 20% of the world did that we wouuld live in a different society. one that i would love to see.

I wish every day that I was in a position to do what Scooby did. If I wasn't growing my own I wouldn't be able to smoke. Quite frankly I don't have two pennies to rub together right now. I am however on the upswing. I don't NEED anything and other than soil and amendments am ready to go for my outdoor this year. When I am in the position to help like Scooby did I most certainly will. I have a ton of respect for people who honestly treat forums like this like RL and treat people the way they would like to be treated. I count myself lucky to have found this place and that I seem to more or less fit in.

I was going to reply to that same comment, had a bunch typed out, but when I reread the post it seemed like I was trying to brag about the small amount of help I'm able to offer fdd and the shit I do for people. I do things for people because it makes me feel good, that's it!
