My Bubblelicious and Blueberry Flowering Log

Hi everyone my name is Bomb and I'm growing some marijuana. I have 2 bubblelicious (nirvana) and 1 fem. blueberry (dp). The BL vegged for about 5 weeks while the BB vegged for about 3 1/2.

My lighting is a 2' T5 setup with 2 3000k bulbs. 110W / 10,000 lumens.

My grow box measures 2'Wx1'Dx3'H. I have a 4" Vortex 177cfm exhausting the cab and its hooked up to a carbon filter. Temps stay below 80 at canopy height with lights on, and about 70-75 lights off.

I used FoxFarm Grow Big during veg, and the first week of flower. When I switched to 12/12 I started the plants on AgeOld Bloom nutes at 2-3tsp / Gal every other feeding. They seem to be loving it.

I'm currently on day 20 but I will start the pictures from day 1 12/12.

Thanks for stopping by and I hope you enjoy!

Day 2 12/12. I didn't take pictures the first day. The larger plants are bubblelicious, smaller plant is blueberry. They can be identified this way throughout the entire grow, as the blueberry is just a smaller plant.

Checked your gallery of day 17 of flower. Nice!! Especially the Bubblicious.

Check the lumens on the 2ft T5 though. I think they give off around 2,000 lumens each. So with the 2 3000k you would have 4,000 lumens total.

The T5's are very efficient and very very low heat.

  • Compact T5 bulbs have an outstanding 20,000 hour life expectancy (one year is 8,760 hours) and unlike sodium or halide bulbs, a T5 loses very little of its' light output over its' life.
  • High Output bulbs have extremely high lumen per watt rating - 5,000 lumens per bulb! This system emits an incredible 10,000 lumens!
  • Lamps emit very little heat, allowing you to hang the fixture very close the the plant canopy. THIS DRAMATICALLY INCREASES YOUR YIELDS

Day 20

Okay now this is where I'm actually at currently. Everything is going perfectly, I couldn't be happier. Temps are like 79 at canopy and they aren't stretching that much (yet?).

Here's some pics.

i have the t,5s 2' and 4',i measured them with a light meter, the 2footers only give off 5,000 lumens a 1/4"from bulb.i use the 2footers for clones, you may want to add more light for flowering, just my 2cents,good luck.

but at the same time yours did not seem to stretch,so it looks like all main colas, but if you added a few more 2 footers im sure you will reap the rewards as they fatten up,how tall are they and how much did they stretch when you flipped them to 12/12.

tops of the colas are only like 18" or so from the rim of the pots, although I did some extreme LST during veg. The buds seem to be comparable at 24 days to the buds that I see under HPS from the same stage. Unfortunately I do not have room in that box for another T5 setup, although I have been thinking about adding a few LED strips for supplemental lighting. However I do believe that I'm going to just ride this grow out with the lights that I have, because from what I can see so far I might get good results.

they probably stretched like 8+ inches since I flipped, but its hard to tell because the stems grow somewhat horizontal underneath the canopy.

As you said, all main colas. 10 of them in fact!

Thanks yeah b/c i actually gave them waaay to much the first time i fed them cause i misread the feed doses. They burnt a little bit but I think it would have done far worse if they where a finiky strain. I also read online that bubbilicious can handle heat a bit warmer too;-) GL

Good to know! I was worried about my temps earlier in the grow they were reaching 85+ during the day. They turned out alright though! So far atleast -- knock on wood.
