Details about opening a Medical Dispensary

Hey I am new to this (just joined today) so I am not sure if this is the right place to post this but I have questions about opening and running a Medical Dispensary. First of all I am not in this for the money I want help people feel better and give people GOOD medicine not the crap that is given to us by Pharmaceutical Companies that just give us more problems down the line. I would be running the Dispensary that charges the 18 year old, that I know just went down to the doctor and begged for a card, more so when a patient that comes in that is struggling financially I can help them out. On that same note I do need to help support a family so is this a legitimate way to make decent money? Second, what are the steps I would need to take to open a Dispensary in California (Im thinking more Southern Cal). What paper work and certifications do I need to get and anything else of that nature. Lastly, what are the expenses and start up costs and the expenses to keep it running. It would be nice to hear from people that have owned or still do own their own Medical Dispensary so I could hear some actual numbers and experiences. Thank you in advance for your help and if there is any other information that would be useful I am all ears, I want to know as much as possible.

Better off just becoming a farmer. Can help the patients you want and rip off those 18yo u speak of on price. Imo socal has lots of patients but not enough farmers. San diego county anyways!

Is it possible to do that "legally"? I know it's not allowed by the Feds but is there an area that allows you to have a large scale medical garden without making it a CoOp?

rent commercial spot start dispensing meds worry about the rest later if it is allowed in ur area the hardest part will prbly b finding a landlord that is cool with the business u want to open next all u need is meds

From what i have seen. Get recs, hang in garden and get growin. 2 recs can feed your family and help others if you do it right! But the more recs the merrier. Just stay away from goin over 99 plants. That's when the feds start lookin. But this all really matters only if you know how to grow in the 1st place. Better do some r&d b4 you make the big move!

Make sure you bring lots of money. You will need to incorporate and work through the opening of a dispensary step by step with a knowledgeable attorney.

it stands for recommendations, your certificate that has a doctors seal saying you can legally use medical marijuana

So you aren't in CA? Look why not move here. Get another job and work and learn the climate. CA is not an easy place to break into commercial growing. So why not come and learn about the place yourself then go forward if it seems possible.

Family of 4 east coast to cali costs 10000 to 15000 depending on what your moving. Done several coast to coast moves. That's you doing all the work.

I am pretty sure that you can get more than one recommendation as long as the doctor defines your problem as multiple personality disorder. Otherwise, its one per person.
