Plant Not budding Please help!!! brown hairs maybe?

so iv recently started the flowering stage and its been about three weeks im pretty sure plants a girl from what i can tell only problome is im not seeing too much hairs .. it is a bag seed grow mid grade im trying to do the best i can to get the best product the plant seems to be healthy but like i said the hairs arnt showing so much instead around nodes and bud sights im seeing little brownish things that look like curly hair im not quite sure what to think of this seeing as hairs come before bud and so do pollen sacs if anyone can help id appreciate it lots maybe i should wait more idk? like i said its only been 3 weeks maybe im freaking out over nothing :confused:

check the temps. i've had some plants delay in flowering because it was too cold. at a minimum you want it no lower than 70F

Turn all lights on outside of closet. Hall lights, other rooms, everything on same floor. Go in closet and check with grow light off. You'll find the light......

i have done this and i do this every day :/ im guessing it may have a long flowering cycle i hope so atleast

Are you 100% sure your timer is flipping off the light and set to 12 hours on? It seems obvious, but on those 15 minute mechanical timers it's easy to be off one notch.

Personally, I like to know the seed is female and has an eight week flowering time -- if you sure everything is right, you might just need to wait it out.

My only question is if you look at the pics theres one with a brown hair like substance idk what it is
