questions about harvesting

It's a mutant plant, it comes from incredible stress and insanely poor conditions. Only Bmeat could grow an abomination like this, the look of the plant sums up everything he is as a mad scientist grower. Here Bmeat... since you love copy and fuckin' paste so much; 'mongy weed'. This singular plant has an appearance unlike any other form of Cannabis: the leaves are non-serrated, succulent and usually no greater than two inches in length, the overall structure is short and shrub-like, and the smell the growing plant gives off is faint. Usually, a healthy cell undergoing mitosis splits its chromosomes into two exact copies before dividing entirely; The cell will remain undivided, with two full chromosome sets. However, plants treated in this manner do not all end up polyploid – the few that do are often sickly and non-viable. It is thought that variegated Cannabis is generally not as potent or high-yielding as fully green varieties, due to its reduced ability to photosynthesize.
This could be sort of what his plant looked like as a youngster... couldn't find anything that much resembled it.

it is a cannabis plant. it was just broken. 2012-12-10_02-15-10_7.jpg

that little stump turned into this mutant plant. i was to stick the head of the plant in a container and root it. instead i tried to tape it together, and when that didnt work, i glued it -_-

shes all burnt now because i bombed it with nutes in flower to try to swell it up. it kinda worked.

boring sat nights call for brews..out of buds too. cant wait for the mutant to finish to try her out.

I've been reading your posts for a while now bmeat, but just haven't really posted anything yet, but I just have to ask... Can you mail like a leaf of that mutant to me? I want to send it to a lab to get it tested. Don't take this the wrong way, I'm not trying to hate and whatnot. I've just never encountered that kind of plant before... I mean, I've had a couple of weird grows myself in my outdoor seasons, but never like that. You should keep going with that plant though, I'm curious to see how it will turn out.

Revegged plants do that for me regularly. They'll throw off single-fingered un-serrated leaves. Like I said, they get pretty weird looking.
I was forced to reveg a batch of clones that were into flower and had exactly the same single blade un-serrated leaves. It took a long time for normal growth to kick in but they went from this ( had to steal this first pic due to no pictures taken out of embarrassment hehe but they looked very similar to this!! )
then to this before flowering
to this at around week 5 here of flowering (sorry,*ahem* fruiting to Bmeat )
this goes to show you the tables can be turned so to speak. They were very sick, bug riddled clones given to me (unknown strain) by an older grower and were into flowering phase at 4-6 inches tall. It took me 4 months to get them to that last pic lol. This was back in the good ol' days of learning ;) Bmeat you should try learning dude, it's fun :wall:

HA! you would enjoy that wouldnt you? im smoking this gram harvest up my dude. it got a little bit of crazy glue, just on the stalk. its cyanoacrylate, not any more dangerous than your typical synthetic feritlizer brew.

IMHO I suggest you do NOT smoke that plant...not only will you not get high but you may get sick. It's friggin' glue fed man. Cut your losses.
I know he was (a bit) ignorant in the past, but cmon, give the guy a chance. He's doing his best to grow these plants, and as he said before, this is a learning experience for him. Yeah, the plant looks weird, very weird at that, but who's to say that it won't get him high? It might turn out to be the best weed in the world for all we know (even if it doesn't seem so at the moment).
But as for the krazy glue... I honestly don't know if it would do anything to you. It might get you sick, it might not... You should definantly consult with somebody on that though bmeat. I highly suggest that you do...

Toxicity Of CyanoacrylateThe fumes from CA are a vaporized form of the cyanoacrylate monomer that irritate sensitive membranes in the eyes, nose, and throat. They are immediately polymerized by the moisture in the membranes and become inert. These risks can be minimized by using CA in well ventilated areas. About 5% of the population can become sensitized to CA fumes after repeated exposure, resulting in flu-like symptoms.[SUP][15][/SUP] It may also act as a skin irritant and may cause an allergic skin reaction. The ACGIH assign a Threshold Limit Value exposure limit of 200 parts per billion. On rare occasions, inhalation may trigger asthma. There is no singular measurement of toxicity for all cyanoacrylate adhesives as there is a wide variety of adhesives that contain various cyanoacrylate formulations
