I love the set up toasterpower! ill have to take a picture of mine xD lol "poor growers set up" i call it! I just had to improvise because I cant get everything where i live... :/ thanks for all the info guys! i went out and bought some 5600k lights, i have four of them! the ones from the picture were only 2700 which ill save for flowering. so i moved my plant about 2 inches from the light for optimum growth.

Although i can agree with a lot of things Jorge states some things are just completely wrong. I have watched every video he has made.
Ok lets not say completely wrong, but put it this way he will tell you things with no evidence to back it out, you have to weed out the good advice from the bad wth that guy.

i wouldnt keep my cfls as far as he suggests.

i use cfls and i keep them 4-6 inches away. any closer, and the light is hitting under my canopy and more on more floor.

The purpose of keeping them so close is light penetration.

ahhh gotcha! that makes sense! xD lol i thought the only reason was so that the sprout doesnt stretch to much.
This is true for seedlings, but when you start to have a few nodes the more light to the inner parts promotes better inter-nodal growth, ultimately making the plant more bushy

ohhh i see, right now i only have two lights on the seed which i recently planted. i will add the other two when it starts to sprout making it 400w, does this sound like something i should do? or should i add the lights now?

Dont go by the light equivalent go by the actual wattage. which would be 92 watts. Those two will be fine for the first week then you will need to add the others in.
