It actually helped

I saw that I wasn't getting enough nitrogen for my plant i have. Its getting pretty large for a topped and lst'd plant in veg. So since I don't have anything to bump up the nitrogen, I used 1 part pee to 4 parts water. And sure enough, its improving. the leaves are starting to get green. Anyone else have any experience using pee. (it sounds gross, and I totally wouldnt use it in flowering but...for right now it helped)

wood ash is better to use for a quick nitrogen but it will sweeten your soil. like said above, you may get taste from it; especially because you most likely have an inorganic diet and you are supposed to amend your pee first before using it.. yeah you can use a lot of stuff for nutes but pee is unethical IMO. for animals outdoors i think its ok to pee around your plant though, just not on it..

Bahh! Hah hah hah ah ah aaaa... ahhhhh. If you are going to continue to do this, just make sure you don't get drunk first. Maybe if you drink a lot of fresh juices- maybe green vegetables. I dont think it will affect the the smoke, though . Did you get this from the finshaggy thread?

I have buried 16 oz bottles of urine around outdoor gardens. Leaving the cap off and the opening of the bottle just above the ground.
It was very effective against deer in that location. In my current location it does nothing.

I'm sure my plants pulled a small amount of nutrients from the urine, at some point. I have never used urine as a solution though.
I would probably let the plants lack in N for a week or two before using urine. Whatever works for you though.

Enjoy the taste of your smoking piss, Gross.
Its in veg. It wont have the faintest tinge of piss

If I just pissed in on it before I harvested then yeah, thats different. I used a little pee mixed with water. urine is high in N.

yeah they actually have lacked in n for a while now. I'm going to mix a stronger mix of my nutrients. She clearly needs more nutes.

I pay a Japanese Dominatrix to pee on my plants.

p.s. Actually, when I needed more nitrogen, I tweaked my pH a bit and bumped up the dose of the main grow formula.

I'll admit and be honest, in my earlier days I've used my own piss to add nitrogen in veg lol it worked like crazy went from light green to deep rich green in a couple days

some growers have been doing this for a very long time.. its nothing new.... I do it on my outdoor grows to deter animals mostly but its not gonna hurt them.. we all know it has nitrogen..I also feed my outdoor plants floraduo part A and B.

Yeah im gonna make the nutrient mix stronger. Its getting a lack of nutes all together i think. Just need to up it a bit. But the urine really did work.

I bet Uncky Ben approves! Just how many people have "wet" their plants? BTW: "Urine is principally water. It also contains an assortment of inorganic salts and organic compounds, including proteins, hormones, and a wide range of metabolites, varying by what is introduced into the body." "Urine is an aqueous solution of greater than 95% water, with the remaining constituents, in order of decreasing concentration urea 9.3 g/L, chloride 1.87 g/L, sodium 1.17 g/L, potassium 0.750 g/L, creatinine 0.670 g/L and other dissolved ions, inorganic and organic compounds." "Exhaustive detailed description of the composition of human urine can be found in NASA Contractor Report No. NASA CR-1802, D. F. Putnam, July 1971" http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Urine
