Can I really trust this LED night light?

I bought this light to work on the plants sometimes during there night cycle (there flowering right now):

Do you think I can really trust it to not mess up my plants night cycle like it claims?

you're fine, I use a green LED flashlight in the grow room all the time

I just picked up a red/green/white led head gear... love it! hands free all the way. Another poster here has some cool looking led strip lights in his tent... psychedelic man!!!

I thought the light could only be green because plants cannot see that color?
