Got pic please help!

To be short and sweet I am trying to figure out why this girl has browning starting around edges of the leaves, below is a pic of the worst spot, and this has only just arisen yesterday. I use a mixture of compost, vermiculite, sphagnum peat and perlite, and she is only just over 2 and half weeks. Any suggestion to check would be great, i was thinking maybe PH since I haven't started nutes or anything yet, I'm using a shit ton of cfl's at about 1 inch distance from the canopy. I do ph my water and tested the run off after yesterdays watering, which was pretty low. On the upside she looks great and I know this isn't a massive prob but I'd like to nip it in the butt now before it creates something else.

yeah i agree with hotrodharly its nothing m8 and by trying to nip it in the butt you may end up doing more harm than good. if your PH is low use a little dolomite lime to get it up a bit.

those leaves are too pale, and a little blueish

i bet your leaves feel delicate and papery dont they?

you need to up the nitrogen a little and add more phosporous and potassium. a splash of flowering fertilizer (like rose food) every other feeding will improve your vigour.

and get some air moving. if the leaves arent rustling your plant wont grow up big and strong.

No, actually the complete opposite, they feel moist and fairly waxy i guess you'd say for lack of a better description.

I think ferts was the reason for the discoloration, it has subsided now and new growth continues. Ty for your insight on the topic though :)
