i hate 3g. it's a last resort for when there's no wi-fi. it's fine for playing games and whatnot but using it for watching videos, waiting for busy pages to load, etc. is for the birds.

yes 3g sucks... no talking and surfing the web at the same time. seems like half the time I'm on the phone I use the internet at the same time and I have 4g coverage anywhere I go!

Plus most people have a combined deal here with Internet and their mobile anyway. My city, Barcelona has free WiFi in the streets too!!

Personally i would just stick with your phone if it does what you need it to do. I will not deny i am an "outcast" in my thinking and lifestyle, but i tend to think that there is something rather wrong with epople if they have a need to be able to watch video's on their mobile phones when out and about. I won't lie, i even think that about my girlfriend, i just find it a bit stupid. We were on the London overground on the way to a show, and she had her phone out and was watching and showing me lots of random animal youtube videos and such. What was wrong with just being in each others company? Let alone the fact that she pays more money so that she can show me video's instead of just talking etc. I pay £10 a month for my phone contract, it gives me the minutes and texts i need, nothing more, couldn't be happier.
