i love the arbitrary use of the second amendment for semantics and chicken hawk straw man arguments

As passed by the Congress:
A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
As ratified by the States and authenticated by Thomas Jefferson, Secretary of State:
A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.[SUP][9][/SUP]

how about those regulated militia of free states . . ..

You trying to argue we're no longer a free state? I agree. In that case we now have the "right" to use arms and get back our freedom.

well, holy shit. the righties have discovered the 14th amendment! they finally have some use for that otherwise pesky equal protection clause! hallelujah!

despite this, our butthurt little friend illegal smile still has to take some racist jabs at the end of the above post, ignoring the fact that illegals live here and pay property taxes. many of them don't have children, either.

the illegals are paying for your kid's education, actually.
With a statement like this I want some evidence. I am sure you have no problem backing up what you say, right? The information is public so please enlighten us on the amount illegals pay in property and federal taxes and amount their children consume in education and welfare. Let the numbers tell the truth you had this opportunity before but failed to show any evidence.

i've gone ahead and produced that in many other threads, let's not fuck up this thread.

i am actually proud of illegal smile for finding a valid reason why these particular measures may not pass constitutional muster. i clicked on it expecting some purple-faced, spittle-splattered rant about "SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED!!!!1!!ONE!!!!!ELEVEN!!!!111!!!!".

i would normally have no problem fucking up his thread, but i am actually proud of the guy for finally discovering the equal protection clause.

You have yet to produce a single number that counts the cost of illegal immigrants children. You made the claim back it up or its bullshit.

you say that, but you did not bother to figure out that carole strayhorn is a she, not a he.*

nothing i produce will ever convince you and it is obvious that you're not even reading what i post.

this is the last time i reply to you in this particular thread. like i said, i am proud of IS for discovering the equal protection clause and the 14th amendment, it is a big step in the life of a righty.

if you want to engage me further, take it over to the thread with my mad crapentry skills. like i said, i normally don't do this, but i do not wish to further jack this guy's thread.

i'd walk with you down this road, but the SCOTUS has already deemed an originalist interpretation of "militia" to apply even in modern times.

it may be outdated, but until a SCOTUS decision says so, what they say goes.

You trying to argue we're no longer a free state? I agree. In that case we now have the "right" to use arms and get back our freedom.
you don't have freedom? you sad little bitch. i have plenty.

i'm gonna go play some golf tomorrow, eat about 2 pounds of chinese food, get back home, shower up, fuck my wife, drink some beer, monitor my cannabis grow, and then smoke some pot before i go to bed.

why don't you do the same?

but only what the SCOTUS says really matters, and the real funny part is that they basically gave themselves that power.

seems to be working OK for now, i kinda like this whole america place. can't think of any other country i'd like better.

If you get rid, of any, of those elements (even those you don't like) it sets into motion a series of events which also get rid of the reasons behind, "can't think of any other country i'd [sic] like better."

I was listening to NPR this am (I try to keep abreast of what the commies are up to :hump:). I was surprised to hear Cokie Roberts asked if she thought anything would come out of this gun control talk except talk. She dejectedly mumbled "probably not" and went into a discourse about how hard it was for many democrats, incl Harry Reid, and they could not vote for it. I doubt it will ever come to a floor vote in the senate, it would be too embarrassing to have it fail to get even a simple majority.

But, they might actually do something with the mental health aspect as shooting after shooting proves to be a breakdown in that system. Even that will be difficult when the rights advocates come out against it. They will call it prior restraint and pre-emptive action. It will be interesting to see Obama advocate a version of the Bush doctrine against american citizens.

That's basically my Life. Though sometimes I change the order of things; might go with curry, etc. :) I love the USA.

Then our rather uninformed idea about integrity has to be modified. We have the most integrity already. Least racist place on earth, etc.
