Yes thank you for keeping the alert issue on these products.. I have heard 2 other people with the same problem so far. I hope they can fix this situation, will call them tomorrow morning pronto....Got my 600watt mh/hps from them today, didn't work. Calling them tomorrow, gonna find out whats gonna happen then.
I mean they haven't been bad yet, they had a problem but fixed it that day I called on the order (was one order but charged twice)..
How they handle this issue will be on if I use them anymore or not, I spent quite a penny there and planned originally to spend more later on.. but right now, I'm not going to tell this is dealt with.
