Just transplant them into the 3 gal pots as soon as possible, your plants wont be able to get big enough for the whole veg process inside dixie cups

nah no need for dixie cups ever imo just put them into the pots they will always be in....always thought transplanting is the stupidest thing unless you are trying to save space since all transplanting will do is shock and slow down the plant.....might as well just put it into the container it will spend its whole life in

dixie cups are great for saving water and other supplies. growing a small seedling in a huge pot is not efficient nor practical.

personally, i remove them from dixie cups after about 20 days of veg so they have a week or so to recover before flowering.

no never any dixie cups ever....the 2 main things that restrict growth are light and soil size limitations so always get huge pots...its worth the extra $20 per plant to get another 10% 20% more ect

Jack responds well to topping. If you're looking to grow a mother for clones you might consider topping her. When she has 6 nodes, cut right above the 2nd node. Lots of branching and new growth (good for cuttings)

You dont need a 3 gallon pot to maintain a nice mother, 1.5 gallons would be fine.
