Ok guys! Here's the Skunk # 1 & Purple Voodoo. The just cracked there shell, so I went ahead & put um in sum dixe cups for time being & stuck um under the 800 watt LED & HPS is hitting on them just a tad. Not much though.. here's a few pics for ya!

Have you notice any advantage going with the smaller styros vs. the solos? Any little advantage helps!
I usually cut the bottom of my solos for drainage and the roots grow out ridiculously in no time, so I've learned to cut the cups off neatly, but I'm looking for a change with the next run, which is why I asking. Seems like those would be dope if you poked holes in the bottom of them for drainage

Hell yeah bro!! Haha.. Thanks bro! Means a lot. 4 real, well you know. It makes a grower feel good when he or she gets a "good job" or looking good from other fellow growers.
I am glad I finally got a "friend" to sub up to my grow! Sheeeewww!!! I didn't know if it would ever happen,lol.. and I didn't understand as to why either ?: I mean cause I don't think there's a lot of growers growing 18 + strains at once. OH!!! Idk if you seen it or not bro. But I added 2 more strains to the mix! "Purple Voodoo", & "Skunk # 1"..
So this ort to be a good run!! And be one hell of a harvest!! Lol.. I have done some crossing aswell!!
I took my 8 Ball kush (flowering) & had some pollen from my 100% pure Sativa, I named her "Hubba Bubba Bomb, and crossed the two!! So we should have a "new" strain to add to the gene pool!!
And hell, I figured I should get a 100 or so, hard to say really! But what my plans are is to take the "new" strain & hook every frined/person that has subbed up to this grow with the new strain!!
I haven't named it yet, so maybe you could help me come up with a name??

Call the new strain that "D.K aka Dankster Kush"! Put your stamp on it

I've done some "lollipoping" on a few of my girls in the passt. But honestly, I like those small "popcorn" buds myself! cause when there dried & cured, they make the best nugs to just pop right into your pipe! Imo..

Lots of back and fourth as far as opinions go, but lots of literature as well, for you to make what you will of it!
Been reading up a lot on the topic lately man, and if you're gonna go with the supplemental side lighting, you should work on keeping them green as long as you can that way you get that much more outta those popcorn nugs ya know? Just another 2cents while I'm checking you out

Hell I order most of my beans from that way anyways!! and it makes me feel good knowing my dads strain, the "100% pure Sativa" aka Hunna Bubba Bomb is making its way into the Uk honestly!! If my dad where still with me in "body" I know he would be stoked about it!! Haha.. and honestly I can't wait to try this new cross I made myself!! a pure Sativa crossed with a 8 Ball Kush! I bet it will make 4 a very unique strain! What ya think?? I am calling it "8 Bomb"!!

I actually like the "smaller" dixie cups better then the bigger ones to be honest!! Another thing I've found that has been doing really good, its these new octagon shaped seeddling planters at wal-mart, they have a "dome" & everything for like 5 or 6 bucks!! Hell, beats paying a arm & leg for a cloner system!! And honestly the dixie cups work just aswell too!! I just like those seedling starters cause of the dome is all really!!

I mean, I'd say I maybe know a few techniques that you've yet to master, and vise versa.. who knows bro! but I do know that in NO way shape or form do I comsider myself a "pro" or know it all!! Hell I find myself learning new techniques everyday!! Just like this new one I was reading up on last night! I was suppose to try it with my Hubba Bubba clones, and post a video of me implying it to them, but got wrapped up in super-cropping my 8 Ball clones! Sorry guys! I will make it up 2 ya!! but the technique is called "mainlining" and its on the mainlining thread.
Its very interesting imo. Its taking your clones, topping them to get 8 main cola's, then waiting a week or two, topping again to get 16 main cola's, then the same to get 24, and so on and so on!! I believe I read you could get up to 60 some main cola's on 1 single palnt!! Shewww, that's a lot of tops!!!

I hope your subbed up to the grow bro! Cause like I'm sure you've read on my grow thread, I will be sending out FREE beans to anyone that's subbed up to this grow! Of one or the other strain, or both! Your choice!
And I would name it what you recomended bro, I like the idea of putting my "stamp" on it!! But I done made it the *Bomb, a new friend on here helped me name it.. sorry bro.. I will do that with a new strain I am working on! how bout that bro??

Haha!! its good 2 have ya here bro! Well, if your bew to growing & running different strains, you'll soon learn that each strain is different! Not one will react to the same as the other! Meaning what works for one, may not work for the other, or it may! Just gotta test things out bro. And when it come to watering, try to let your soil dry out, say go 4 to 5 days, atleast until your soil is dry to the touch ontop, & then water!! It makes your roots "search" for that water!! and then once there hit with it, there like awwww!! makes sence doesn't it?
And if you ever need help you know how to get ahold of me bro.. I don't mind 1 bit!!
Just take your time, don't rush anything, & don't feed until your palnts get atleast up to 3 to 4 sets of nodes on them! and start off with a light mix of nutes to start,then work your way up!! Cool deal?...

I grew a few Violator Kush's out a few years back under a 600. 4 plants at a time and got a solid 4 oz per plant. Cloned real easy too. 100% success. Very strong smell though.
Unfortunately, now I'm limited to a tiny closet so I do a 250W U-scrog, 1 or 2 plants in hydro. I'm just finishing my 3rd run of ghs big bang (cloned from a fem seed mother and i'm bored with it now) and i'm taking a short break (chillis need the closet for an early start) so I'm looking for another strain! It would be great to grow something no-one else has!

Hey bro! I didn't think I was goin hear back from ya! glad I did! Yeah, the 8 Ball Kush is from Barneys! They say on the site that it a "new" strain, but that's not true! I've had this strain for atleast 2 working on 3 years!! And grew it from seed, & just kept it going ever since! Its got stronger each run too!
I really,really like it! It does GREAT outdoors! Just gotta make sure to put some kinda pesticides down or around your grow area, cause them fucking spider mites love this strain 4 some reason!! I have had 2 different strains going one year, close together mind you, & one had spider mites & the other didn't!! Come to find out the one that didn't was resistant to mites,mold, & could with stand colder temps!! Should've cloned that strain, but let it grow out!! Didn't like the way it tasted really. That's the only "bad" thing about having so many strains like I do! Its hard as hell to keep them all going, cloning and what not!! I have 60+ strains, and I have to let one grow out to introduce a "new" one into the grow room! Know what I'm saying? Need a bigger grow room!lol.. I'm working on it, and will have it up & going here soon!! Can't wait to start my DWC system in there either!! I bought that system a year ago, & haven't even had the chance, nor room to set it up!! So I plan on doing my soil grows, & the DWC "hydro" when I do get the grow "building" going!! Should be a kick ass grow room! Because I already have the 800 watt LED Budzilla system, + a HPS/MH system, w/ bulbs that go from 600,800, up to 1000watts! I don't think I am going to run the MH though! Just maybe the LED & HPS 600watt, and buy a new ballast to use my 400HPS bulb in that, along with my CFL'S, I have 3 300 watts, and a few 120watts, along with a few blue spectrum CFL'S! Hell, that should be enough light in a 5 x 5 building wouldn't ya say?? And I also plan on putting 4 t5's in each corner of the building aswell, for the lower side branching. The only reason I don't wanna run that damn MH out there is because of the "eyes in the sky" if ya know what I mean!? Anyways, yeah, everyone that's subbed up to my grow, "this" grow, I will be sending them either the 100% Sativa, or the new croos I did of the Sativa & 8 Ball!! Idk how the 8 Bomb is, I am sure it will turn out nice though!! It should. Have you or anyone ever herd of a Sativa that 100%pure crossed with a Kush strain???
