I have done a NL grow... Mine was about 4 feet tall... I went from a party cup straight into a 3 gal smart pot... look at my grows and you can see her... It sounds like to me you either stunted her by playing with her too much or you simply did not have a big enough container... there are too many factors to your plants vertically challenging issue

The plants spend the last 50 plus days of its life in an 5gal fabric pot. Next time I think ill just germinate and after it roots pot it right into a 5 gallon.

Im not trying to create my own strain im asking for advice. So before you come on my thread acting like an asshole maybe you should learn how to read.
the "advice" you're looking for is already posted in many many many places on the internet. Learn how to use google and do a little bit of research before telling me to learn how to read. Fair enough?

Anyone grown this stain before? Just wondering because im getting ready to harvest this girl and it only grew to about 18 inches tall. The whole plant is almost a bud. I mean its all great quality and rock hard buds but from what I heard and saw I expected more and a larger plant. Im thinking maybe its because I transplanted and I heard autos dont like transplanting? I have 4 more of these seeds and would like to pop them do to the great quality of bud I see on this one, but I dont want to waste my time, effort and money growing for that small of a yield.

If anyone has pics of their Auto NL grow id love to see them
the first few nl autos produced small yields, 15 grams. now i'm getting about 2 /1/2 z's or better. comes with practice and reading your ass off and staying tuned to RIU. GL

I still don't understand what I did wrong other than transplanting around 25 days. Thats a nice looking NL you got there. Do you do any plant training? Just wondering because from what I've read its not good to train Autos since they don't have any recovery period. The bud that I got from my first NL grow was real dank, but it looks like once it drys up ill only have about 20g.

I used 2 45w LEDs at 20/4 and then put it under 12/12 under a 1000w HPS from about day 45 to harvest. Used Fox Farm big bloom, grow big, tiger bloom. And a little of the cha-ching soluable towards the end to get it nice and frosty. No LST though. Ill that nex time. Was thinking of trying them outdoors since spring is around the corner. Wonder how they'd do under the biggest HPS light you could have;-)

no training other than topping. they say u shouldn't top autos but the trick is to do it before they are 10 days old. u have to grow the hell out of them so they are big enough to top when they are that young. GL

You should just grow it from harvest in the room with the 1000w hps... you need all of the energy that your plant can get to grow... I never used anything bigger than a 3 gallon smart pot... Because of their shorter lifespan auto strains do not need bigger containers...

the reason its smaller is it took the trait of the lowrider that was bred in and stabilized to keep the auto trait its showing a parents trait and less of the hybrid you have brothers and sisters ? do you all look the same ? the pic the breeder shows is the ideal pheno under perfect conditions if you pop 10 beans of a fairly stabilized strain you could get a perfect line of "clones" or could get 10 different plants from a less consistent strain heard the lowrider 2's are like magic clone beans perfect soldiers

aslong as it doesnt become root bound or damaged in transplant then its not gonna hurt it advised against like growin pot in your closet works awesome for some people others crash and burn
