Buy a apollo brand light and ballast kit of amazon! $180 shipped for a cool tube digital ballast both bulbs hangers and timer. I've been using mine for over a year and it runs great just order 2 more plus the ballast has a 3 year warranty. For that price why even go 400 watt but those are like $130

the 400watt should be more than enough. a 600watt covers a 4'x4' area as a rule of thumb

Dude these apollo are amazing even the bulbs that came with them a pretty good ( would recommend a different one anyways) so far in very pleased with mine over a year and no problems at all so I ordered 2 more last week took about 6 days from order to get them in

Yes from start to finish it comes with a Metal halide and a high pressure sodium. Use the metal halide for veg and hps for bloom

Post some pics clone to the nodes. If it has hairs its a girl if it has ball it's a male. Go search google for sexing marijuana plants and you will find pictures. They usually don't show their sex until you switch to 12/12
