Cloning directly into soil

When cloning directly into soil should I clone into a promix soil over ff ocean forest? I figured the promix would have better results because of how warm the ff ocean forest can be, plus the nutes it has.

which ever soil is the most airy. peat moss based soil or coir would be the best.

my soil clone didnt work..i tugged it out of the ground on two occasions.

Neither.

Use the Fox Farm "Light Warrior" soil.

Or

Use root riots or rockwool w/ a clone tray & dome. Clones love high humidity. Remember that.

you can clone into any peat based soil that isnt full of nutes..coco also wont be full of nutes. i would not use happy frog or ocean forest. i would not use mircale gro organic or mircale gro potting mix.

seedling starters, peat based soils, coco etc.

or just got some rockwool or peat cubes.

If your cloning into soil do not use Fox Farm, use Pro-Mix.. There are no nutes in Pro Mix, which would be the best.. Rockwool are finicky with ph, Peat Pucks are better imo for begginers.. If you are just starting to clone, get rooting gel/powder, a humidome, and a spray bottle..

Lol, thats the pot calling the kettle black.. Fuck off you noob
You're clearly a bandwagon rider. Keep on keeping that follower mentality

Noob?. I'll continue helping people out while you troll it up and look for pats on the back from fellow trolls.

Rockin the "Root Riots" and using my cloning method. Roots in 10 days.

A lil something...

I use peat pucks.. I see roots in 7 days.. It doesnt matter which method you use, I don't care, I like my method better, because it's cheaper and apparently faster..

I use FFOF/Worm Casting/Perlite/Lime for final pots in 5-7 gallon smart pots, but for clones FFOF it may be too hot. I use FF Light Warrior, they are meant for seeds and clones. Under dome with 80% RH they rooted well in 8-12 days. Here are my current clones in their final pots transplanted just a day ago. I go Light Warrior in small pot, half FFOF and Light Warrior in second pots and full FFOF with additives for finals.

NO NO NO NO NO!!!!!!

you do not EVER clone into soil hot with nutes EVER ignore that prick bmeat he is as thick as fuck

you need to clone into a soil with no nutes what so ever that wht most people use rockrool or peat pucks but yes you can clone into soil as along as its not hot with ferts and put in a humidity dome and leave them
I use FFOF as my soil. I have cloned DIRECTLY into this soil before with no problems.

When cloning focus on your humidity.

At the end of the day what works for one person may or may not work for another person. If something works for you, then it works.

I use rockwool preferably but I've used soil, jiffy pads Rapid Rooters which I think sucks because if they dry out there's no coming back. No way to re-moisten. Like everyone has said use Promix.

clone in soil with 2 liter bottle

here's some clones in rockwool
