As we all know, things dont slowly work backwards in our industry. Its just two forward and one back most of the time, and a progressive roll forward while getting spanked the whole way for doing it. So, patients took a slap to the face, whats next? I had someone show up at my place from "NORML" asking me for donations. Said he needs a million dollars.. I happen to know the guy, and wouldn't give him a hand if he was growing on my willy! What happened NORML? Where's the QA?

Jackson County officials (blackman township too) are hands off right now. Wont act. Will the state?

Something has changed. I read that the Attorney General is contacting the prosecutors saying they now have the green light to shut these places down.
I think that is the difference. Those calls will probably start today.

Glad, that is EXACTLY what happened before. As far as I am aware, he "ordered" them closed before. Sounds like showdown time in Jacktown!

No shit.
Well I know there are a lot less scared people than last time. We keep gaining ground. Everyday.
The majority of articles I read are on our side, and the majority of the comments are on our side also.
Like last time, I will find and support the open dispensaries and clubs.
The Marquette dispensary was having meeting all weekend trying to figure out what is what.
I really hope Jackson, Flint, Detroit, Ann Arbor, all stay open.

That moron, and I say that as a guy who has a collection of 20+ norml.org shirts from years of memberships, was the WORST public speaker I ever saw in my life! He was at the G&S market saturday when I was there. it wasn't the best day from the start with vendors being beaten up by ghetto-resalers all morning then this clown comes in....he straight up scared 3 customers out the door. They came, listened to the guy for a second and walked backwards toward the door then thru it never to be seen again. He wasn't asking for money he was demanding it from people who obviously couldn't affor it. no norml shirt on. no membership forms. no literature just a half-assed poorly worded rant that was about as effective as a feather driving a nail. I was disgusted at his approach. absoultely sure he wouldn't meet a single one of his goals and offended by his approach. It was about exactly like this guy:

but without a paper to refer to. cash in this black bank bag, you have to! didn't answer a single question, gave no clarification on the new ruling or even what he was going to do with the money. it was retarded, I hate to use the word but I can't find another that fits. cannapac I went straight home and gave the money HE wanted to cannapac. for nostalgia I gave a 20 to the mystery bag of new lawness he left behind....you can't bring a single pamphlet or membership form?
