Things have changed a bit since the orginal plan was writen. If this is a new and updated plan, than this is good news assuming they actually stay on the low end pricing wise for high end product. If its not updated, those prices can be thrown out the window. With a 99 plant limit they will most likely have to buy from outside sources which is obviously going to inflate the pricing.

in Michigan and other states some of these tax and regulate folks and labs are saying people shouldn't be able to grow 'medicine' in their homes--

and the dispensaries want the right to grow and distribute in the cities thru the regulate and tax dollars they will generate for their respective areas

look at az....you can't grow within 25 miles of a dispensary

Hey Ricky I think that this state is kicking itself in the butt because they (the powers that be)let the genie out of the bottle and are now rushing to try and fill their greedy pockets with whatever they can grab. Why not just allow the "medicine" to be bought & sold by anyone with a card?? Why not simply follow the California system. I know friends that've brought a LB.+ to the local co-op ONLY to be cut a check after a close scrutiny by a knowledgable buyer, right there at the co-op. Oh and after that sale. They asked us to bring them "edibles" as one of the ladies bakes really well. This is not a "new" industry anymore and IF Lil'RHODYdon't get on board then other states will.

Yup i say allow all registered patients and caregivers assist all card holders from centers to individuals and tax it as necessary.

The centers are gonna wanna buy the meds silly cheap and the state will want you to fill out a 10-99 tax form on it at the end of the year,So what will you end up with for reimbursement when they turn around and sell to thier patients for 250-350..Never mind your on the books when the FEDS come and then they realize you did not pay federal taxes on the meds you sold them.Plus its still illegal federally to sell cannabis..I wouldn't want my 10 transactions on file when the feds decide to prosecute people that distributed cannabis to the centers..ILL PASS.

-Your names are NOT on the books, your receipt will be made out to your CAREGIVER REG #. If the feds want to get a supreme court order to get the list tht corresponds with that number,....well,...then it'll already be too late for any of us. It's not going to happen. IF the feds wanted to bother with a medical establishment (they have much bigger fish to fry now with full legal in 2 states and on 14 more ballots) then they would be dealing with the owners, operators and landlords, not the patients or suppliers.

-Meds will be sold on a sliding scale, SSI wont be paying $250/oz

-The Slater grow has 99k in lights, not 28

-Slater is the one that is registering patients, not Greenleaf.

-The prices the caregivers will get have not been established yet. There are rumors but till they open, we won't really know so commenting on that is pure speculation.

- Your 1099 doesn't say "marijuana Cultivation" on it. You choose that when you send it in. Many use "Farming" or "agriculture/horticulture" on it and the gov't DOES get their share, that's what the 1099 is for,lol

"accept donations for meds," my bad) to a 'compassion center' at a reasonable price provided they didn't mark it up some ridiculous % to their registered patients, but I'll be damned if I'm going to have my name on any 1099 for it. They use your c/g reg #, not your name or social. The list of names/addresses that corresponds to those names is protected by your hippa rights. If they use that to get you, they can't use any of it in court.

I think HIPPA is out the window in this state. . . . look up secondary disclosure--on the MMJ forms for those who are looking for cards (this is not caregiver role
) there is or will be a claus that states that the medical records of MMJ patients can be reviewed by any officer of the state in their role in official business of the state.

I never said i was going to sling anything... theyre allowed 99 plants total and only that much when they have enough patients reg to them. Considering they just began registering patients they must not have plants growing yet. So they cannot have a perpetual grow with plants vegging for 3 or 4 months to grow big yeilding trees perpetually. They WILL need meds from other sources. Odds are these people have connections for their meds already but noone here knows answer to that unless the work for them.

If you look at other states an how they buy from multiple random people to get variety ect. Why would we be any different? We are allowed 12/24 as caregiver. Idc who you are, if your growing even 12/12 then your? breaking the law when you harvest. If your harvesting one plant at a time then your still breaking the 2.5oz limit. If your not harvesting 2.5z per plant then you shouldnt be growing(unless you under cfl or purposly doing no veg time). From what ive read they will be issueing new laws for people transporting to dispensary and growing for... therefore, nothing illegal and if you get in the door soon enough with tested material i dont see why it is a big deal. Having a legal way to get rid of your "overages" because the state put such laws in place to put your life in jeopardy with the law is only the fair thing to do in this situation... i dont see you flaggin every craigslist add asking for money per clone or donations for meds to the public which is giving this cardholder erra such a bad name.

As for my experience with the leo, they broke the law... easy as that. Neighbors called on me for smell. Cops jumped on it as if they were getting names in paper and walked into a 12 plants cardholder no breaking any laws. Then left without providing the badge numbers like i asked for... so i went to lawyer an have video tape of everything and now internal affairs is involved for them abusing there badge. Its up to me to press charges to them and sue them since again its on video. You try to talk down upon me for this happening which i did no wrong on. If i bought my videos to media i bet it would start some ruckus for cardholders rights being taken away ect.
