Stockpiling Product

Nevada permits MMJ patients possession of one ounce of "usable" marijuana. Does that limit apply in one's home? Or can you keep a stockpile at home greater than one ounce, so long as you don't possess more than that off premises?

Thanks for the help. Moving from one MMJ state to Nevada this spring.

I think that's right. I can't think of any other way to stay within both the plant limit and the possession limit without going dry regularly. The thought of little 1 oz. harvests is depressing though, no matter how frequently they come. And there's no way to take a break without having to go dry and start over.

At least when the yields are much bigger, you can shut down for a bit and coast off the stockpile, then get back in the game without going dry. You can even do one nice grow per year and supply yourself with 3 months work.

It's a weird message Nevada is sending: "If you want to be legal, you must grow full time."

Fucking NV! How the hell are u supposed to grow in the summer / indoors? I grow in winter and never have more than an oz (DRIED and ready to smoke) and if you do you can't give it or sell it to anyone even with a card. The stuff in jars is curing so it ain't weight. I put under an oz in my rolling tray to dry out so I can smoke it. What a fucking joke. I hope it can be legal in a few years so I don't have to pay the state their protection money. We're like rats, second class citizens with really no support. 1 oz is not doable IMO but turning it into BHO is another way.

I wouldn't lose any sleep over havin more than a oz... The popos arnt lookin for people just bairly out of limit...they want dealers...guys slanging qps-ps...there not lookin for the guy with a qp in his personal stash...you can give metro a little credit... Like I said b4 if your a legit patient growin your own medicine, you have nothing to worry about..

Yep, that pretty much covers it. Just don't go driving around with a car load of meds or try to divert it, then you may get some whoop-ass handed to you. In NV just keeping your head low is the first rule. WE are not first class citizens quite yet... maybe someday.

lol! not trying to be a dick at all but that seems crazy, like that's all the DEA would need if they really wanted your ass. you have to be careful even with nv patients, the laws are NOT in your favor here in nevada.

Yes indeed Someone has to do it if not then there are allot of Peeps that cant get there Meds and im tired of hiding and sitting on meds i cant sell because the LAw Forbids it! Fuck Law!!!

Many, many times now I've come to this section of the forum, and EVERY TIME I've been turned off from replying due to the posts hungryman420 makes. The fact that hes blatantly trying to sell drugs on these forums and hasn't been arrested (recently) shows hes probably some dumbass Vegas pig.
