I have wierd holes, i cant figure out..

Does any of you know what these two holes are from ? there are a couple of them here and there. nothing critical, but it annoys me.. it means that inat some point have done something wrong.. all help would be appriciated!

how do i tell when there is two weeks to harvest ? what are the signs ? i know how to precisely determain when to harvest, but not predict it two weeks before.. can you help me out on that ?

okay i wiil just disregard it.. i have thrown a couple of leafs under the microscope, but havent seen any bugs.. it's a puzzle to me...
