The dreaded white fly

So I have one fairly big DWC plant in about it's 7th week of flowering, about halfway through for this particular strain. For whatever reason, it's infested by these tiny white flies! I tried a couple teaspoons of Neem oil in a quart spray bottle of plain water with a few drops of natural soap and that doen't seem to be working. Has anyone here had this problem and overcome it?? It's making me crazy!!

pick up a bottle of quantum apocalypse spray. the stuff is organic and works awesome. it can be used up to like 5 days before harvest and kills spider mites, whitefly, aphids, and a few other things. also you should use it all the way through veg and than up to like week 5 or 6 for prevention off future problems.
