weapons against animals, but other than that and just fun shooting at targets they aren't much needed when there is already tons of food to loot and everyone else is dead so no competition unless from bears etc. Medical supplies sure, can def see needing those. Not to mention we all know those nice houses or mansions that we want to go explore! Maybe drive out to the government buildings and sites and see whats up! Or..what was up lol
edit: can we have some survivors? Just to give it more of a fallout feel with some competition and to have some people to go spreeing with

You have it exactly right, and in that order. Can't live without food and water. Water is more important than food. Weapons for hunting and protection. And then finally meds for just in case. I would then say finding and controlling shelter would be final.
