They will shrink big time, youll miss last plump.. full potentcy may also not be there why wait all this time only to chop now

Is there a recent pic?

Color of pistils (hairs) is a poor indicator of maturity. Get yourself a pocket microscope (or better yet, a real one) and look at the color of your trichomes...i harvest when they are about 10% clear, 10% amber and 80% milky. Bud harvested too early will be airy, have less aroma and less potency. Rule of thumb: when it looks done, wait a week. It's a total waste of time, effort and electricity to harvest too early...you get a smaller amount of mediocre buds, rather than fat, heavy, dank colas...

i have always found out that it is more of a head high instead of body like most of my strains but what zubey91 is saying is true too will be alot smaller

THE PLACE IM GROWING AT GAVE US A LIMITED AMOUNT OF TIME TO GROW AND UNFORTUNATELY THAT TIME IS ALMOST DONE. ITS SAD CAUSE THE SHIT LOOKS KILL AS FUCK

thats got to be such a drag! all this patient time, and now you getting rushed out, at the most precious stage!

can you steer the people sideways? pinch out as much time as possible.... im on my 3rd harvest, been 9 weeks in flower as well, just waiting around to chop!, ive heard putting your plants into dark for 24-48 hours at the end of 12/12 (as well as beginning) helps improve the buds.. so maybe you can try that for your last 2 days.. put plants in a nice cool dark place.. gooooooooooood luck, hope all works out well!

You will be fine. Mostly cloudy trichs is the right amount. Most people over mature their buds. I don't get it.

I once had to discontinue a grow and harvest a plant that had another 6 weeks or so to go in the flowering stage. It was really just beginning to flower. The buds were tiny, rock hard and green like apples. All the hairs were white and the trichomes were all clear. The plant was far, far from being done.
Believe it or not after a good cure it was some of the best smoke of the bunch. All the hairs turned brown and the buds turned out very dank.

Would I make a practice of doing this, no. Was it just luck and it was such a killer strain that it didn't matter, maybe. Is the whole "exact timing" of a harvest overblown, perhaps. All I can say is I was really surprised.
